Hasan and Oguz were waiters at first, good waiters later, and good friends now. The honesty, nice attitude with a charming smile are crucial in this line of business. The owner couple are super nice as well. Definitely ask what to eat if not sure and trust their opinions. Tell them what you like and what you don’t, they will do their best to assist. Adana is the most delicious Turkish restaurant in the USA with its chicken shish, lamb shish, fresh and clean salad and small pita bread. This is a place where you can get the flavors closest to those in Turkey. I am a regular customer and have never had a problem. I definitely recommend it. The place is very delicious, very clean and the prices are reasonable.

Had lunch with a friend there last week and was very satisfied with everything. I have been to Istanbul, Turkey many times and it was as good as being there, they even made a special bread called balloon bread for me. 👍 from me
