I placed an order for a custom cake 2 days in advance. They were able to accommodate my request and the cake far exceeded my expectations! The cake was chocolate with a peanut butter mousse filling which resembled a Reese’s. It was nicely done, neat, moist and delicious. For a stress free, delicious, quality cake.. I recommend The Cake Sisters.

First time here they have a lot of different cupcakes along with different Danish and cheese cake the lady told me about what all the flavors were I choose the blueberry lemon cupcake and cheese cake and a peach Danish I ain't the cupcake it had fresh blueberries in it which was nice but there were so many blueberries in it the cupcake isn't that big to where it made it soggy the cheesecake was ok I didn't really taste lemon in either one and the icing on top was way to much I don't get why there is so much icing on a very small cupcake but my dad like the peach Danish so I will be back to try the other cupcakes they had

On May 3rd of 2024 our son was getting married at a venue in Rehobeth. His bride to be and himself tried in many attempts to contact the bakery down south in this area as they were contacted earlier in 2023, to get their order in so their cake would be there for the wedding. As the time got closer we decided to call cake sisters as my wife had dealt with them in the past. Well all I can say is cake sisters is the best. With 4 months to go they really stepped up to the plate. They even did a dessert bar for us. Even though the venue was being hard about the delivery time and using their refrigerator they did what they had to do to make their day special. Everyone love the way the cake tasted and the way they decorated it. The desert bar also tasted fantastic. We have nothing but great things to say about cake sisters. Thank you all so much for your help and being the true professionals that you are for being a great bakery.

Love the Cake Sisters! We love coming here with the kids on the weekends. I come here to grab some cupcakes and coffee. The kids would play some board games they have in the store and I will just sip my coffee, watch out on the beautiful waterfront and enjoy the cozy environment. We love all the cakes and pastries they offer here. We have been buying birthday cakes and cupcakes from them the past few years. Its defiantly a great hidden gem in Delaware City that we will be coming back for years.

I want to thank you for saving the day with my cup cakes! I was unhappy to hear that my cup cakes I order from another baker had rainbow sprinkles on the cupcakes that were for a wedding. You guys fixed it and it was so convenient located near our venue! I appreciate you guys and I will keep this bakery on my mind for my next event! Thank you !
