“I had a fantastic experience at Plaza Mexico Restaurant! I called about an hour and a half before closing with a party of 12, and they had no trouble accommodating us. The staff was exceptionally accommodating regarding my children's gluten allergy, and the food was hot, fresh, and authentic. Our waiter was incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was perfect and checking items for us. The drinks were cold and generously poured. To top it off, they made my birthday special by singing "Happy Birthday" at my friend’s request. I highly recommend Plaza Mexico Restaurant and look forward to returning on our next vacation!“

“Went in on an empty Tuesday, decent service from waitress, the drinks, however, were phenomenal. The fajitas we had were mouth-watering. We ordered the chorizo and steak for two, and we will be getting it again! For dessert I highly suggest the churros!!“

“We just happen to pick this place for lunch and so glad we did! The food is fabulous...have never had Mexican food that was so amazing I had the Chicken Tinga Dilla (quesadilla) and my guy Ed had the Beef Shorty Dilla. Both were delicious and my margarita was the best I had from Bethany to Rehoboth. The service from entire staff was great...but we really loved Charles...so much that we went back the next day to have the food again before we came back to Pittsburgh. We will be back!“

The manager’s Kody is very helpful and Noah his staff is always friendly and greets us as we enter the establishment. “This place awesome Alejandra was awesome very nice. Service was wonderful, food was delicious, drinks were awesome. Tostada Tropical was awesome, my mom's calamari was delicious, and my husband's burrito macho was amazing. They make a good Mojito Passion fruit. Not my first time there it's one my favorite spots in Rehoboth Beach it's must try. It's beautiful there. It's very colorful inside love the decorations.

Parking: Depends on the time of year off season free paying. Busy season you have to pay to park.

“Flavors, textures, cooking technique better than a 5 Star restaurant. Everything on the menu is Amazing. Their homemade sauces are like nothing I have ever tasted before and I am quite the Foodie! My favorite is the Thai Chili Shrimp Taco, I can't order tacos from anywhere else. They truly have spoiled me. The owners are wonderful people and talented chefs! I purposely drive to Rehoboth to do my grocery shopping so I can order dinner once a week from First State!!! It is a must Go-To!!!“

“Wow! This new addition to the south side boardwalk did not disappoint! We popped in around 2:30pm for a late lunch off the beach and were pleasantly surprised to find happy hour. From our fabulous server, Daniel, to the margs and tacos we were completely blown away. We tried the pollo asada, blackened fish and carnitas tacos. Each was excellent but the clear winner was the carnitas. The flavor and texture just melted in your mouth. Not to mention that the atmosphere and aesthetic was perfect - clean, bright, well-decorated with a fresh vibe the boardwalk definitely needed.“

“My husband and I went last night and everything about the meal was amazing. The food was incredible. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were so friendly and attentive. I had the white sangria and my husband had a margarita and both were perfect drinks (and my husband is not a margarita guy 😂.). We will definitely be back.“
