There is a lot of yellow writing on a light background, and it's impossible for me to read. I'm colorblind.“

“We just happen to pick this place for lunch and so glad we did! The food is fabulous...have never had Mexican food that was so amazing I had the Chicken Tinga Dilla (quesadilla) and my guy Ed had the Beef Shorty Dilla. Both were delicious and my margarita was the best I had from Bethany to Rehoboth. The service from entire staff was great...but we really loved Charles...so much that we went back the next day to have the food again before we came back to Pittsburgh. We will be back!“

“Cilantro Cocina de Mexico was a pleasant surprise, and the food is definitely the reason to come here.

We went for lunch with family and ordered several dishes to share. The Barramundi was easily one of the highlights — beautifully cooked, flavorful, and the dish that stood out most for me. The sizzling chicken and shrimp fajitas were another favorite, and the Salmon al Gengibre was very good as well. There was a nice consistency across the meal; nothing felt like an afterthought.

We also ordered a pitcher of passion fruit margaritas, which was refreshing, well balanced, and dangerously easy to keep pouring.

And then came desserts. We tried them All!! We tried the Tres Leches, Flan de Frida, Churros Chidos, and Flauta Rellena, and this was probably the best part of the meal. Each one was worth trying, but the Flauta Rellena was exceptional and the unanimous favorite at our table. If you’re going, save room for dessert.

Service was very good throughout the meal. The staff were polite, friendly, and made the experience comfortable, especially since we were dining with two toddlers.

The setting is casual and comfortable rather than something you go for specifically for the atmosphere. It is also a little pricey for a casual lunch, but fortunately the quality of the food made the experience worthwhile.

Overall, we left very happy with our meal. Excellent seafood, great fajitas and margaritas, and some seriously good desserts.Definitely set a benchmark!! 😊“

“My husband and I went last night and everything about the meal was amazing. The food was incredible. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were so friendly and attentive. I had the white sangria and my husband had a margarita and both were perfect drinks (and my husband is not a margarita guy 😂.). We will definitely be back.“
