“First time at The Federal, and it was hands down the best dining experience I’ve had in the Delmarva area. The food, people, and overall ambiance was phenomenal and I will now recommend this restaurant as my go to when I have visitors.The truffled Mac and cheese was “light” and had tons of flavor, and the little crust of breadcrumbs on top elevate it further. The hanger steak was cooked to the perfect medium rare and had a balance of flavor that didn’t take away from the quality of the meat being the first thing I noticed when I ate each and every bite.Owners Ellen (and Todd) were active in the kitchen and the bar, and still made time to check in to make sure everything was great. Loved their story and how they came to bringing their fritters idea to life, which are genius and after trying a free sampling of the apple fritters, a perfect treat on a beach day!I look forward to when I can return and try even more of their delicious creations!“
“Did our weekly date night here on a Friday night. We did the Friday night special for $32/person. It was a 3 course seafood dinner. It was excellent and worth every penny. I had course 1 - A seafood chowder. Course 2 - Seared scallops in a very light mushroom sauce. Course 3 - Large stuffed shrimp with crab meat.“
“I am from Michigan - heading back home after a 2 week vacation. On my last day in the area, I stopped here for breakfast. It was delicious! The staff was kind. The atmosphere was calm. The resturant was beautiful and quaint. Everything my sister and I ordered was perfect. Even the water tasted good. They made sure i had enough to fill my jug for the ride home. I highly recommend this joint.“

“If you're looking for quality craft beer and a pleasurable hang, take a trip here. As this is the "off season", outside seating is not recommended below 50 degrees. There is a tent and heating within, but my wife and I went inside. Cozy, but sill spacious bar seating and tables off to the side. Beer was wonderful, as always, with a great variety of IPA's (NE and West Coast), Stouts, Pilsner, Lager and Sours. There is a pizza truck outside that cooks up a nice selection. Bartenders have always been helpful for advice, and friendly (not always found elsewhere IMHO).“
“Was so excited to learn there was an easily accessible place to get an acai bowl around town! Located in the shopping center near Outlet Liquors. I ordered the 302 bowl and it was everything I could ever want in an acai bowl. The fruit was fresh and flavorful. Run, don't walk, to support this local business owner!“

“Every time we are in Rehoboth, we stop here. They have a wonderful happy hour, which is just a bonus. We love to get a lobster and enjoy all of their food. The decor is beautiful and the service is always great!Parking: Paid parking along the street, but we have never had a difficult time finding any.“
“We had a wonderful dinner here just after it re-opened with new owners. The food and cocktails are amazing. We loved that they have half portions of many dishes which made sharing and trying multiple dishes fun and easy. Atmosphere is great- we love the changes in decor especially the new comfy chairs. Ben always makes the best cocktails in town and everything we had was delightful. Highly recommend for a delicious dinner out or special occasion. Can't wait to come back for the patio!“
“Great food but I sat at the bar and when I went to pay I told the bartender for the change. There was barely any one at the bar 5 of us and every one had food or already ate. He took the money put it in the register and B lined it to the kitchen and stood there on the phone. So we left knowing he's not coming out till we leave. I give 20 plus percent all the time but this was to much. So bring plenty of bills so you don't have this problem.“
“We love eating here but tonight we were a bit disappointed in the food. My husband ordered the tempura battered catfish, and I had a panini with fries. The bread on the panini was black and burned, the fries while not quite burned, were definitely several shades beyond golden, and the batter on the catfish was also burned. The food tasted fine. Our server did offer to take it back to the kitchen to make it right, but we declined. The food tasted just fine, but just cooked a lot more than we like.We will go back. It’s a great place with excellent beers and delicious cocktails!“
“I was visiting from out of town for a wedding . One of the events for the weekend was here. we had a great time. Ricky was the bartender and he was GREAT! I didnt have to ask for another round. I told him to keep them coming and he did just that! we just had finger food but it was good .“

“The NY strip was among the best we've had since moving to the Rehoboth/Lewes area a year ago. The Brussels sprouts were also out of this world! I would love the recipe! ? Our server Chris, was very attentive and patient with us, as our table of 4 was a bit chatty. We will be back!“

“I live out of town, and boy do I wish there was a Seedbol near me! My mom, son, and I ate there and all three of us loved it - even the picky 10 year old! The guys working were so kind and patient with us, since we’d never been and were having a hard time deciding.
