“Let me tell you, I am a bit of an açaí bowl snob, so when I say this is one of, if not, THE best açaí bowl I’ve ever had, you best believe me and run to get yours! I was delighted to have found this gem on my summer trip to the beach this year. The açaí is sweet and delicious. The fruit is super fresh and they do not hold back; they pack on the strawberries and other toppings generously, and the complementary water is a nice touch. And the fact that this is a small, family owned business and not a chain, makes it that much better. If you’re in Rehoboth Beach, go get your bowl. You will not regret it.”

“Came here for a date night. Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Our server, Garrett, was great. We got the Sushi Combo (mix of nigiri & spicy tuna roll), the Rehoboth roll & the Cultured Pearl roll. Fish quality on the nigiri were as it should be, though nothing too special. The rolls we tried were all very good though! An aesthetic, unique & popular spot with koi ponds surrounding the tables both inside and outside. A line quickly formed behind us around 7pm, so would recommend getting a reservation ahead of time.”

“Although literally just steps off of Wilmington Avenue, with its entrance on 1st Street, this place is somehow a bit hidden, making it all the more of a gem. A casual and fun environment (I mean the men's room walls are covered in Bruce Lee posters!) with a really lively and inviting staff, is complemented by some truly amazing Italian cuisine. Everyone raves about their pizzas, but there's also meatball, soup, a pair of salads and a pair of pastas that isn't to be missed. The Cacio e Pepe may be the best in class, and I've sampled plenty. I'll definitely be adding this to my "must eat at" list when in Rehoboth!”

“I’ve always loved Shorebreak Lodge Restaurant, but somehow the new owners have made it even better! The interior renovations are cozy, clean, and stylish. My favorite menu item, Shorebreak’s take on surf + turf (short ribs and scallops) is still on there with some new options as well. The cocktails are delicious, and the staff is attentive and on point. The new owner stoped by our table several times to chat and see what we thought of the renovations. Take it from a local- this is a great Rehoboth spot!”

“I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been here many times and each visit has been spectacular. The diverse selection of oysters are fresh and perfectly shucked, the apps are delicious (try the cod cheeks!), and the main courses are varied and well prepared. If you ever come across a whole fish special while you're here, order it. You won't be disappointed. The servers are knowledgeable and perfectly attentive. The wine list is nicely curated with an unusually large selection of orange wines. If you're not familiar with orange wine, it's worth coming in just to give them a try. The selection of beers is also outstanding. The kolsch and the Odd Breed Oddities and Outliers are worth a try too. Henlopen City Oyster House is at the top of my list of favorite restaurants not only in Rehoboth, but anywhere.”

“My son has Celiac disease and is a picky eater. We asked our waiter (who was excellent!) about ordering the shrimp skewers that could be added to the salad. He immediately said that they take allergies seriously and that a manager would be right over. The manager came to the table and asked about the allergy and what we were thinking of ordering and also offered all the other options that were gluten free. He explained how my son’s meal would be marked and handled and was fantastic. Our meals were wonderful and in 3 years of my son having celiac we have never experienced this level of genuine concern for his specific allergy and ensuring we knew how they would prepare his food. Bravo to exceptional customer service and food allergy awareness! Highly recommend for the food and the procedures they have when it comes to food allergies.”

We were starving & made an overindulgent order of food, enough to feed a small army (there were 3 of us)
Everything was packed well to-go, not too long of a wait time & was so very tasty right down to the desserts, I just had to have (that were sitting beside the checkout counter, teasing me with their looks)
We were craving Italian & boy did we get exactly what we wanted & then some (by the hardy portions)
Needless to say, we’ll be back again on our next Rehoboth visit, likely dining in.”

“A charming, smaller restaurant that does everything in a big way! Tastefully designed interior with a cozy, inviting feel. They have a wide range of dishes so something for everyone. We had the Steak Diane and Parmesan salmon. Both were delicious! Our friends had the Chateaubriand which was enough for 3 people and very tasty. The place was packed when we were there so it seems they have a good following and reputation. We are certainly coming back!”

“Stopped here with my family of 5 for lunch. The fruit and vegetables were not only fresh but large and delicious. We had a variety of salads and sandwiches. My daughter also had the smoked salmon platter which was simply amazing. The fruit parfait was large enough to be a meal itself and the fruit was so fresh. The tomatoes in the sandwiches were fresh and juicy. The manager/owner gave us some cookies for our wait time. We will definitely be back before we our trip is done.”

“A Reho staple every time we’re in town! Prepared foods, sandwiches, baked goods, all have been so good! I was so nervous the first time I called due to some of the comments. But Robin couldn’t have been sweeter and explained everything to us. We have also had Louie help us at the window and he was friendly as well. I think some people don’t realize that no line doesn’t mean there aren’t a whole bunch of orders already placed before you. We always call ahead. This time we tried the chicken parm, meatballs, and cheese lasagna. All were good quality Italian food. The tomato basil sauce is worth getting extra! We’ve sometimes had to call multiple times to get through and it’s been worth it. Highly recommend.”

“We have a house in Lewes that is our family’s beach home, I spent every summer and time off-season there (we live in MD), and the past two times we came down we had the pleasure of being patrons at this particular Starbucks and let me tell you the staff at this Starbucks is better and friendlier then any Starbucks myself, my husband and kids have ever been in! I never write reviews but they amazing people that work here and one in particular really left a lasting impression I couldn’t stop thinking about! He is such a beautiful person. The drinks here are always spot on and the service is excellent! The service is efficient on season and off season. We will go out of our way to get coffee and drinks at this Starbucks. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

Parking: The parking is only difficult to find depending on the season which is kind of a given considering the location, but worth it to go here.”

“While visiting family, I had the opportunity to visit this establishment for happy hour. Judging by the outside (strip mall appearance), I definitely was not expecting such a well decorated place, not to mention great food and drinks.

The space is big and spread out, it is SUPER clean and beautiful on the inside. The happy hour menu was not only great and quality but it was dirt cheap, something I’m definitely not used to. $7 crushes and $10 meals.

I had the 3 daughters burger which was cooked nothing short of perfect the way I asked for it. Was delicious. Others had the Buffalo Chicken Flat Bread, clams and sliders which they enjoyed.

Our waiters were fantastic, fast, polite and personable. Played some great tunes and they have a very nice stage for live music. Also have neon signs lining the walls with famous lyrics. Do yourself a favor and stop in, you won’t be disappointed.”

“We decided to stop by Dogfish Head for lunch after leaving Ocean City, Maryland, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! I ordered the "Old Man and the Sea," a delicious and creative take on a white pizza with a delightful Delaware/Maryland crab twist. My husband went for the Fried Chicken Sandwich, which was huge and packed with flavor. We sat at the bar, where the service was quick and friendly. The entire menu looked amazing, and all the dishes coming out of the kitchen were tempting. Highly recommend this spot—we’ll definitely be back next time we're in the area!”
