“I have purchased 100's of Pretzels from this bakery. Amazing! Like being in Phila.. Always fresh and delicious. I haven't found any pretzel places or vendors that can make an authenticate Philly pretzel. Staff is always friendly. They provide great customer service! Prices can't be beat. The Corporate office in Phila. Is customer unfriendly. They don't return telephone calls or emails sent from their website. Most times you will get voice mail when calling.“
“Highy recommended, especially for their wonderful croissants which are classic (more french butter style than say northern Italian style). The almond crossaint and chocolate croissant were excellent, and I've been coming back every morning when Kaan opens at 8am to get them. Good coffee as well (expresso and cappucinno). Pleasant friendly service, clean, and low key music, with tables and chairs for sitting by the windows. I have a vegan friend visiting, and asked if they did vegan pastries (that's a reach to be sure) and Kaan said let them know ahead of time and they will work it out. Exceptional.“
