“I bought this one to hold me over until my favorite cappuccino peanut butter was back in stocks! As always the Cape May Peanut Butter Company never disappoints! I even place online orders throughout the year because it would cost more than tolls and gas to get down so in between vacations, I place orders online! I have never tasted a bad batch in the store and my dog absolutely LOVES their peanut butter dog treats!“
“Enfin farms has delicious produce and local flowers. Once a week the bread lady will make an appearance and sell the most amazing breads, and muffins, None like you have ever tasted anywhere else. Reviewed in the NY times. She will send a message out on instagram an hour or less before she will arrive. There is no schedule. So if you are in Cape may set your phone to alarm if Enfin farms sends out a message about the bread lady.“
“This is a gem that needs to be timed just right! Locally made breads from the wood stove is amazing. Not to mention the veggies they sell from the gardens. Check their Instagram for what days they are open as google isn’t always right. If they open at 10am get there at 8am to avoid standing in lines for ever or them running out.“
“I visit Coffee Tyme every morning when I visit Cape May. Thier coffee selection is phenomenal whether you want a dark espressso or just a plain drip coffee. My favorite is the daily rotating flavors because I can't get these at home. They are unique all I do is add cream and splenda, not some sugar syrup. (see pic for flavors). They were very accommdating when we asked for a special request for our wedding this past June. One of our specialty drinks was an espresso martini and our venue did not have the ability to make fresh espresso. The manager put me in contact with the owner and I asked if it would be possible for them to brew 30oz of espresso the afternoon of the wedding. Not only was he happy to do so, he explained for me not to let it sit and get room temp, but to refrigerate it asap to have the best flavor. The bartenders used every drop!“
“Shout out to Caitlin for the most INCREDIBLE customer service. She was willing to get a (very expensive) parking ticket to make sure we had the best experience at the bakery. Caitlin was so nice and patient as we decided what to order and gave us great recommendations. The cinnamon bites were delicious and I’ll be thinking about that sticky bun for weeks to come!“
“Absolutely stop in here and recharge!! If you love coffee, which I feel like you must if you're reading this (?), you do not want to miss this place! The coffee drinks we ordered here were the very best I've tried in probably decades. I had the bananas foster latte and my fiance had dark roast coffee. The latte didn't taste artificial or sweet, so naturally and subtly flavored with nothing outdoing the taste of a fantastic rich espresso. The coffee was similarly rich and just oh-so-flavorful. I enjoyed every drop of mine and most of my fiance's ? I don't normally rave but I'm definitely raving.Making the whole experience even better was the fantastic, friendly service from Jewels and Marissa! These two lovely baristas were quick, professional, made our drinks to perfection, and didn't kick out my fiance no matter how many cheesy jokes he made: Thank you ladies, You should get raises!! ?“
“Is it sticky buns you want? Then come here. They won't share the longtime family recipe with you, but can you blame them?Pastries you say? They have the best. Donuts- they have won local awards for them. So why aren't you here? I know parking can be a challenge, but if you take a short walk, you can justify the calories you just consumed. In all seriousness, family run bakeries are for the most part a thing of the past that many of us miss. You'd be doing yourself a favor by supporting this mom and Pop operation.“
“We had some amazing pastries from Barry’s today, while staying at Wildwood Crest. I recommend them if you are looking for something extremely delicious and unique. They have something for everyone. Chocolate chip, bars, chocolate covered waffles, buns, etc.“
“Went in to try one of the advertised breakfast bowel and was glad I did. Very helpful and friendly staff . My legs aren't the best and she told me that she would walk it out t9 me if I wanted to rest feet.. THANK YOU. And kudos to Bayshore bagel for hiring such ge lonely ice employees Best of luck“
“A hidden gem!!!! Everything is made fresh and ingredients are basically farm to table from Beach Plum Farms. The bakery has some of the best pastries you’ll ever have. No joke. You have to try the pumpkin chocolate chip bread when it’s in season or literally ANY baked good. I have never been disappointed. The coffee is delicious, rich and they even have a La Colombe draft latte!! On top of that, the employees and bakers are heartwarmingly generous. Can’t say enough good things about this place. This is my absolute favorite café.Dietary restrictions: They often have gluten free muffins or brownies!Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables outside in the summer to easily pull a wheelchair up to.“
