Occasionally the service can be a bit slow depending on how full the restaurant is, however it’s well paced and the wait staff is professional and kind. The tuna app is phenomenal! Perfect crunch from the crispy rice and the flavor is explosive! We also love the dumplings and pork belly bao buns! Crab rangoons are great but you only get 4. The ambience alone transcends you and you forget you’re in DE! Every time we’re here we visit!“

“I was in town for a girls' trip with 8 girls, and we came to Stingray for dinner. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left, everything was phenomenal. The host was friendly and welcoming, and we were seated immediately. Our waiter greeted us right away and was attentive and quick with anything we needed. The bartender Jonathan shakes an amazing martini and they were flowing all night! The sushi was so fresh and flavorful. We got the boat so we were able to taste multiple items. The lo main noodles were some of the best I have ever had. The star of the night was the black pepper beef. That dish is a must-order. To start, we had all of the dim sum items, which we had to order another round of because they were that good. Crispy rice tuna is always a go to for this group and it did not disappoint. The manager Niko was so friendly and came and checked on our group multiple times. The shocking part is that this place turns into a club at 9 pm! Who knew? Not us! But we were so glad it did. It was so lively and fun!
