9 East Taphouse offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The late-night menu features dishes like Thai chili wings, which are delicious. Customers can feel comfortable visiting alone. Under new ownership, the taphouse has undergone significant improvement, with great service, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere.
The location is great, and the Reuben sandwich is loved by customers. However, the crab soup lacked crab, and the fish sandwich was just okay, served with a tomato slice that had the stem still attached. The establishment needs some work to improve the quality of its meals.
The karaoke experience was not satisfactory, as the DJ's equipment was not functioning properly. The house salad, with fresh mixed greens, cucumber, onions, and carrots, was well-received, but the wings and cheese steak roll tasted a little off.
Despite the changes over the years, this version of 9 East Taphouse has the best food, from breakfast to dinner. The staff has always been friendly, and a customer named Renate provided great conversation and a wonderful sense of humor during a recent visit. The service was phenomenal, and the customer plans to return soon.
