Food is good overall, sushi rolls taste fresh & of good quality. Lunch special is great. They have decent speciality sushi rolls but many have sweeter ingredients instead of spicy. Maybe I’ll ask them to customize it in the future.

My husband and I went tonight to the Camden location and it was such a great experience. The food was delicious and so fresh. They even were able to accommodate my gluten allergy and made sure nothing was cross contaminated. Our server Mary was really sweet and welcoming. I had the spicy salmon and spicy tuna rolls and my husband had bang bang shrimp and pad Thai. We will be going again soon!

Terrible Service.

Walked in Wednesday night for dinner. The staff was not personable or present. There was one other customer ahead of us waiting to be seated that was already upset cause she had been waiting for a while. It took us a few to be sat once at the table, bot a single person acknowledged us or brought waters. Waited another 15 mins and decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Will not be visiting this establishment anytime soon.

Other than being too cool for my comfort, everything was great. If you come, bring a sweater.

The food is always great but the service on this day was so bad that I will never return to this location again. We often go to this Chaiyo location because it is right next to a Subway. My son is autistic and only eats a few items. This allows both my son to eat something he likes and my daughter and I to enjoy sushi, which we love. On this day, we had plans to order food to go. I had walked my son next door to get a sandwich while my daughter went into the restaurant to look at the menu to see what she wanted. When we met up with her, she wanted to order a ton of food so I just said we should sit there to eat if she is wanting so much. My son has his Subway bag in his hand and I told the Host that we decided to stay. He instructed us to sit anywhere we’d like. He took our drink order and we just got water at the time. I told my son to go ahead and start eating his sandwich, which we have done MULTIPLE times before. I did not think anything of it. A waitress returned with our drinks. She did not introduce herself or say hello. She put the glasses of water on the table and said “I’ll let it go this time but next time you can’t bring outside food in here. First of all, it’s against the law and illegal…” I stopped her and said we would just leave. She said no it was ok this time but I told her that was rude of her and we’d just leave. My intention was to leave and remove my kids from the situation and speak with her about her approach without them around. My son is autistic and takes everything literally. We left and I spent the next 20 minutes looking up the law to show him that it wasn’t illegal to take food into another restaurant but a liability and the appropriate way to handle the situation was to tell us that. He freaked out and thought they were going to call the cops on him for breaking the law. This is exactly why I immediately got up and left was to avoid this type of situation. After I dropped the kids off, I returned to the restaurant to talk to the waitress on her approach. I came in and asked if she was the manager and she replied that she wasn’t but I told her I really just wanted to speak with her. I started to explain how she didn’t introduce herself and immediately went into telling my son he was “breaking the law.” I tried to explain our situation in hopes that she would be a little open minded to hearing our perspective so maybe she doesn’t approach someone else that way. It was apparent again in her response that she doesn’t care and lacks interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. She started getting loud with me and cutting me off talking about how she has a kid that is autistic and has siliac and she has never taken food into another restaurant before. I wasn’t there to compare our situations or to talk about who’s child is on a different level of autism. It was about her understanding that there’s a nicer more gentle way to approach a conversation without being rude or condescending. I asked to speak with the manager. A guy came out, looked like he was still sleeping. He told me he wasn’t even supposed to be in that day. He listened to me and told me he would speak with her after her shift and let the General Manager know. He was nice and respectful and did offer us “something”. I told him I just wanted him to have a conversation with the waitress on her behavior and was not asking for anything in return. I didn’t leave having confidence that he was actually going to speak with the waitress or tell the general manager. It is unfortunate that we have had so many great experiences there but now one single individual will stop us from ever returning again.

Update 6-19-25: Still no answer from the owner/manager. They said they would fix the issue/problem but failed to respond after I E-Mailed both E-Mails present in the review responses.

Long story short, they cross contaminated when they were told about an avocado allergy at the table.

Never coming back. My wife has an avocado allergy and we told the waitress about it. However, right before my food came out, we overheard the waitress tell the food preparers that there should be no avocado because of allergies. When my wife’s food came out, she said she could taste avocado and quit eating. Shortly after we left, my wife had a scratchy throat.

This is a cute gem! The crab rangoon was a show stopper! Thai chili wings and fried pork dumplings did not disappoint. The captains curry was spiced to perfection. The service was friendly and fast, which always elevates the experience. One thing that stood out was that another server grabbed dirty dishes from our table when she passed by. Most places don't pre bus(pet peave), so not only do they ensure the table is clean, but other servers remove the dirty dishes in passing. A+

Over priced sushi. I paid $108 for toddler sized portions. I don't know why people keep supporting businesses like this. The sushi is average. The $80 platter was a huge disappointment.

Poor customer service, long waits even after initial wait time. Not prepared for holidays or rush times. To go food often cold due to poor time management when preparing items.
