I went in expecting one thing and came out with something better! The front lady was beyond friendly and I explained it was my first visit. She walked me through her store and what they offer. Even told her I’m pregnant and she helped point me to what is best for me!
The best nutritional shake and teas. Full of flavor. I love Shawn, Kat, Nate, and Ben. They are a sweet family. I go here not only for the shake and teas but for the interaction/conversation with them as well. I recommend going here if you want nutrition and a nice family-friendly environment.

Such a nice place to go for something healthy and sweet but no guilt! Everyone is super casual and not trying to sell you anything like others may. Had friends on in the background and more of a cute lounge breakfast place. Love it definitely changed my mind on nutrition
