Received amazing customer service from Misha at the register @2920 N Dupont Hwy. Dover, DE. Not sure if I spelled her name correctly but she was very friendly, nice, conversational, easy to talk to, and deserves the reviews I've given. It's hard to come by such a sweet-kind person like her. Personally feel this lady deserves a promotion, because I will definitely continue going to this Dunkin because of her customer service! Need to reward good behavior and she's got it.
