I can’t speak for all Hardee’s locations but the one on Bay Rd in Dover is great! Their customer service is just like Chic Fil-a if not better. They made a small mistake on my order which is understandable. Stuff happens. All I did was call up there and told them what happened and they apologized immediately and offered me an entire free meal. No interrogation..no skepticism..they took my name down and when I finally got a chance to go back a week later they remembered me!...read full review

It's a kid-friendly spot with wheelchair accessible parking, making it a convenient choice for families. The food is consistently hot and good. However, the restaurant has had issues with cleanliness, especially in the women's restroom, which has been reported as very dirty and unhygienic. Despite this, the overall dining experience can be positive, especially with attentive staff and good food, making it a good start to the day. Parking is easy access from South Little Creek Road or Highway 13.
