We ordered through the app and pulled in to the drive-thru for pickup. The person who greeted us actually smiled and made eye contact. Some of our order had modifications for a vegetarian and the person on the line preparing the food popped over to verify which items to be sure to get the order right. All our food items were tasty and very well prepared. We really enjoyed our food and the experience!
I started going to this Taco Bell because they're always nice and get my order correct. But lately, they forget the mild sauce. This time they remembered the sauce but forgot the nachos. I just wish they would recheck the order before hand it to the customer. That's why only 4 stars not 5.
Great customer service. I was talking w an Ai assistant that was weird. Anyway i said I was confused and the girl popped right on to help me .
