Food was hot and good. Restaurant was exceptionally clean! Check it out!
I can’t speak for all Hardee’s locations but the one on Bay Rd in Dover is great! Their customer service is just like Chic Fil-a if not better. They made a small mistake on my order which is understandable. Stuff happens. All I did was call up there and told them what happened and they apologized immediately and offered me an entire free meal. No interrogation..no skepticism..they took my name down and when I finally got a chance to go back a week later they remembered me!...read full review
I came through after work at about 845 pm, it was raining so bad and there was only one worker inside doing everything! This guy had the best attitude at the drive thru order screen and was super friendly and awesome at the next window as well. Asked me if i wanted sauce, napkins in the bag and straw all there 😤 after being new to the state and area this guy was a breath of fresh air after all the horrible other experiences ive had at other places around.
