From outta town , here working all day pressure washing a race track that's going to boost buisness in this area especially this buisness but yet they can't make pizza?

!THIS LOCATION HAS NEW MANAGEMENT!Paul, the new manager, really seems like he cares about his people and the service provided at this location. When picking up pizza for dinner last night, he made sure we had everything we needed and provided exceptional customer service. I was extremely pleased with the service and complimented him regarding the service. He told me he recently took over this location and is trying to get the location into a better view publicly as it has been poorly managed in the past few years and has lost business because of this.The food was great. Some of the best Papa John’s I have had in recent years. I usually only come to Papa John’s once every year or so but with the service received last night I will absolutely increase that amount.Thank you Paul for the exceptional service!

I never received my order after 3 hours of waiting. They couldn't tell me why the driver couldn't deliver my order. And manger is very RUDE. I did get a refund but only after I had to call up there.

Let me start by saying I am partially responsible for not checking the order but After saying my name “Jose” I just assumed that the worker would be able to determine that the pizza was mine. People please check your orders so that way you don't lose out on the order you pay for.

I am done with this place. Always get your order wrong. Pizza under cook. Taste is different from other papa johns pizza. I ordered meat lovers and you could barely see any meat. The few pieces were on a quarter of the pizza. I ordered 8 pieces of wings I got 6. Pizza Hut is my go to now. Never had any problems with them. I was just tire to drive since they don’t come my way. But the drive is worth it. They also have better prices. So affordable then this place. SMH

Ordered food and they never delivered. Paid with a debit card. I called before they closed and a lady answered said that my pizza would be delivered in 42 min. Tried calling again before they closed and there was no answer and still no pizza after waiting 2 hours. Hopefully I get my money back. Horrible service. Couldn't rate the food cause I didn't get any food.

Ordered 2 hours ago. Still nothing. updated due at 206pm finally received it at 311pm. ordered it at 114pm. food sucked and was cold.
Very disappointed. Waited for over an hour for delivery. When it got here everything was burnt. Call the store and talked to a harried manager who couldn't find my order by the order number but eventually found it by my phone number. They wouldn't just send a new order, why I'm not sure, other than to say they were swamped. Eventually he did refund my order.

I ordered my food two ours ago I called multiple times. The actual store was very rude. I would not recommend ordering from here at all. Do not get it delivery either because you might not get your food for about 3 hours after you order it.
