We have had several issues with them and decided to give them one last chance. They put some sort of Ranch on our Garlic breadsticks and smashed up our cheese pizza. We asked for our money back and they have not gave it to us. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL MESS YOU ORDER UP AND NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!
The manager at the Dover Delaware store has horrible Customer Service! She refused to cancel an order done by PapaJohns incorrectly. The GM at the Milford Delaware Store contacted her and she was extremely rude! The Milford Delaware Store Fulfilled my order and provided exceptional Customer Service. She should not be a manger

Driver delivered Wong order. Called store spoke to manager. Manager got driver to come back. Driver took wrong order and left said he would be back. Called store again talked to manager. Manager didn’t understand the issue after being explained 2-3x. Canceled order when conversation went no where. Won’t Oder again from that location.
