I enjoyed our meal very much! The food that we tried was absolutely delicious. We had the bao bun and summer rolls for appetizers. The broth in the Pho is superb. Everything was flavorful. We're definitely going back.

I ordered food from their food truck so I went ahead and rated their service and atmosphere 5 ☆s since I didn't eat at their restaurant. I feel like their food truck is way overpriced. $18 for pho is a lot, especially when the broth isn't hot enough to cook the meat by the time you get it home. Fresh shrimp spring rolls weren't our favorite. They tasted of lemon and something else we couldn't put our finger on. We ended up throwing them away unfortunately. The pho was pretty good. Not $18 good but it got the job done. The fried spring rolls were delicious! Definitely recommend those! The sauce they serve with them pair perfectly.

Went here for lunch with co-workers. The food serving size is adequate. Food came out hot and the taste was very good. The elephant in the room is the service. Our waiter was not helpful. Very dismissive and not attentive. The good food is outshined by the poor service IMO.

The atmosphere and service was pretty good but no one goes to a restaurant just for that. I must say for a vegan I was so excited to hear they had vegan broth which took a bit to make so I was extremely excited about being made fresh. I fortunately it was NOT worth the wait. The taste was extremely bland, the veggies were plentiful and fresh but everyone knows what makes an authentic pho is hands down the broth. I’d highly recommend moving on and not stopping if you need vegan options and that they continue to perfect their vegan broth option. Was happy that they offered to replace the shrimp with avocado in the fresh spring rolls.
