There needs to be a better way to pick up online orders. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to finish placing a new order at the counter while I could see my order sitting there on the self.

Ordered a supreme pan pizza, haven’t had one in a while. Was ready when I got there and was good. Only minor issue is that there are 2 locations near me but both are like 10-15 minutes away.

I had a migraine so I ordered pizza for the kiddos so I didn't have to cook. I must have accidentally removed the cheese when I placed my order. I called in to ask if it was my error and it was. We both had a little laugh at my mistake and they offered to remake it for me even though it was my fault. That is great customer service and I really appreciate it. The food here has been consistently good. Sometimes good and sometimes great. I have not had a bad experience at this...
