I can’t speak for all Hardee’s locations but the one on Bay Rd in Dover is great! Their customer service is just like Chic Fil-a if not better. They made a small mistake on my order which is understandable. Stuff happens. All I did was call up there and told them what happened and they apologized immediately and offered me an entire free meal. No interrogation..no skepticism..they took my name down and when I finally got a chance to go back a week later they remembered me!...
