Yes there are nice people are, but I don't like the vibe this place gives off. Also I got food poisoning from the sweet and sour chicken, I've had stomach distress all day.
We had visited awhile ago and had not been pleased. However, we agreed to give Rice a second chance to dine out with friends. I'm happy to report we were quite pleased this time around. Portions were adequate and prices as expected.
Excellent as always! The menu has been updated, and food preparation on the Chinese side has been elevated a bit so that it isn't your typical "all tastes the same" American version of Chinese food.
