Ok so, I will say any other time I would prefer this hardee’s over the one in bay rd , but today I was extremely disappointed..the person who took my order was very pleasant, the other workers looked as if they was bothered, once food was ready to be put in the bag I noticed the lady had my fries in her hand with no gloves, then with other hand scratching her hair, that’s what made me look in the back to see if anyone else was without gloves, and yesss!!! I was unable to place my order through the app. While trying to figure it out, Austin asked if he could help me. The team lead Abby, stepped in to assist Austin with my app order. I really appreciate their excellent customer service! I feel like they went above and beyond for me. Kudos to excellent customer service and team work!
