“We dined at One Coastal over the weekend. We had four people in our party and everyone ordered a different item on the menu. Food was fantastic! I enjoyed a simple pasta dish that was the most delish meal I’ve had in years. I shared with everyone at the table and everyone loved it. My husband had the pork chop and reported that it was delicious. My daughter had the scallops and said they were perfect. Her boyfriend had the flank steak and it looked terrific. But my pasta was PERFECTION!”

“After years of visiting Fenwick, last week we were fortunate enough to find Ocean Side when we had a pizza craving! We admittedly are Pennsylvania pizza snobs and weren’t disappointed with our selection of mushroom and pepperoni. We had the pleasure of having the opportunity to share conversation with the friendly and congenial owner and will definitely be back during our next trip to Fenwick Island. We would recommend you pass by the big name pizza shops up the coast and give Ocean Side Fenwick a visit. We believe you won’t be disappointed and are certain they will welcome and appreciate you.”

“The Station is absolutely beautiful — the entire place is decorated so well, and I loved all the little details. Unfortunately, the food was just okay, which was a bit of a bummer. I ordered their brunch special, a grilled cheese with tomato soup. The soup seemed microwaved, as it was very hot on top but cold on the bottom. For $16, that was disappointing.

Our bartender was also our server and seemed distracted and not very attentive. The service overall wasn’t great. However, the front manager was amazing. He could tell something was off with my dish, corrected it immediately, and took it off the bill. I truly hope the owners never lose him as an employee — he’s amazing and made a real difference in our experience.

I understand the restaurant is under new ownership and has only been open a short time. With such a beautiful space and a great front manager, I’m optimistic about its potential and would be happy to give it another try soon.”

“Food: I had a 6 oz NY Strip, over easy eggs, home fries and toast for 16 bucks. I felt like that was phenomenal value. The steak was juicy and flavorful.

Service: We had a wonderful waitress and the service was fast and responsive.

Ambiance: Nothing special, but I do enjoy looking at their bakery selection.

“As someone who has vacationed to OC three times. We have never been to a higher end restaurant before and had no idea what to expect. The added 20 percent was a bit confusing but the food was delicious, the staff was amazing and it was a great experience for sure. I definitely didn't expect to spend what we did but it was a once in a lifetime experience for us and it was worth it for sure!”

“The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club: A Delightful Dining Experience Last evening, we had the pleasure of dining at The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club in Ocean City, Maryland. Our reservation was for 8:15 PM, and despite potential parking challenges, we found it surprisingly easy to find a spot. The restaurant’s recent remodel is evident as you walk up the stairs into the inviting dining area. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted at the hostess stand and seated immediately. We appreciated the choice between indoor and outdoor seating, and the variety of seating options available, from semi-circle couches to large arrangements for bigger parties. Our server was attentive from the start, quickly providing us with water, drinks, and menus. After a brief look at the menu, we received a thorough rundown of the evening’s specials. The noise level was perfect, allowing for a pleasant conversation, and the open-air setting provided a comfortable breeze. For appetizers, we chose the crab dip and crab deviled eggs. While both were enjoyable, the crab deviled eggs stood out as the better of the two. I also tried a drink called “Lost in the South,” a refreshing blend of lemon and bourbon that became my favorite part of the evening. For the main course, I opted for the boardwalk fries with a crabcake, a dish labeled as an Eastern Shore Maryland specialty. It was served with tartar sauce and met my expectations with its classic flavors. To finish off the meal, we each selected different desserts. The restaurant’s take on the Maryland Smith Island cake, a cookies and cream version, was a delightful surprise and possibly even better than the traditional version. I highly recommend trying it if it’s available. Overall, The Tide Room offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service, a comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ocean City.”

“It's always a challenge going out for a bite to eat in OC in the off season as you never know what you are going to get. After reading reviews and looking at menus, I decided to check out Liquid Assets and what a great decision that turned out to be. Walking in alone, I was quickly greeted by Kyle and Joe at the bar and directed to an open seat at the bar. After a brief run down of the drink offerings, I asked for a beer and they recommended a local brew that did not disappoint. Before I had a chance to look at the menu, Kyle brought over a specials menu which was both amazing and overwhelming, and this was just the special menu, as the regular menu pretty much covered every palette imaginable. Interested in the 2 fish options, I asked Kyle for his recommendation and without hesitation, he suggested the Pan Seared Monkfish with which I went and He was not wrong. It came out beautifully presented and was probably the best fish dish I've experienced. Alrhough the fish was cooked perfectly, the star of the dish was how it was presented and everything else it was served with. I went out with an open mind and I was wowed by the experience. Rare do you find stellar staff and 5 star meals but on April 7th, 2025, I did in a town full of less than stellar options.
