“Wow! What a great spot…definitely family friendly. We are locals and remember this as the old Alamo motel. Good use of a many decades old spot. Beats fighting OC traffic as we live in Berlin and almost never go that 6 miles to the beach during summer. We were there today for a special event, but we definitely will be back.“

“We visit De Lazy Lizard every time we come to ocean city! We love sitting on the bay and watching the boats pass. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is unmatched and we always have the best wait staff! Remus was our waiter this time and he was so kind and personable. He made a drink recommendation and it was delicious! If youre ever in the area and want a reasonably priced meal thats tasty, paired with a fun vibe, check this place out!“

“This place is a hidden gem, a little hard to find, but once we were here we enjoyed sitting outside on the sandbar, live music, and a beautiful view of the bay. The service and food was amazing. We tried the shrimp quesadilla, fish tacos, crab cake tacos, crab dip fries, and a noodle bowl with shrimp. Everything was so delicious!!! Ignore old reviews, that was not our experience at all! Give this place a try!“

“We stayed here through Airbnb and loved it. It was charming, cute, clean, and close to attractions (but the bridge can get busy). It’s got an awesome renovated 1950s motel feeling that gives it some awesome character. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and it was really nice. Rooms are not big but can definitely sleep a family of 4 with the queen bed and pullout sofa but Bathrooms are definitely snug. The price was much less expensive than the hotels nearby. There was a bar/restaurant and a nice pool right across from the room. The owner was very easy to reach when needed.“

“We spent 5 hours here Wednesday. What a cool atmosphere. Our servers were great. I can't remember our first servers name but she was great. Juan was our 2 nd server during happy hour. He was great too. The food and drinks were delicious. The music was awesome. Love that they have music all day.“

“Tonight, 9/6/2024, the service was horrible. It was the all you can eat shrimp night so it is understandable that they might be overwhelmed, but if you advertise this you need to be prepared to provide the service. We have had dinner at this pub on various nights so this is not our first visit. The service was always spectacular and I have defended Poseidons reputation on Facebook numerous times. On the plus side, the food as in previous visits was excellent. Although the service was less than stellar, I still strongly recommend this restaurant and I will continue to eat at this establishment.“

“I spent last Thursday and Friday in Ocean City Maryland for a much-needed getaway by myself. After dinner I was not ready to head to my room and wound up going to Hammerheads for a cocktail or two before bed. Melissa and Sherry were the bartenders and were absolutely amazing. They treated me as if I had been a regular there for years and made me feel extremely welcome. It's not often that you are someone out of state and get treated so nicely by people especially behind the bar. The crowd was not clicky, was somewhat fun, but the girls made everything better. Special thanks to you two ladies thank you very much it ended a perfect two-day get away from me and I hope to see you guys again the next time I come down“

“So we were on vacation and actually went here an hour before they closed. The food was hot and fresh, good portions. I got the fish tacos and they were so good with a little spice. I also got the mermaid Mojito and that was amazing. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the night air while we ate. Definitely will go back next time we are in Maryland.“

“I was coming off the beach and wasn’t feeling well a young lady on vacation with her family stopped to help me. We got to the steps of Lennys and asked them to get me some water. The sweetest waitress helped me to the bathroom and offered to wait for me. Your guest waited at the foot of the steps and watched my belongings. I didn’t catch either of their names and other staff could have been involved I was pretty dizzy and not feeling well at all. I just want you to know how awesome your staff is and will always be thankful. I live in NC and visit my mother here every summer and will continue to visit Lennys yearly.
