“This was a late night decision with some friends to stop in for a drink after a day of beach, boardwalk, shopping, bike rides, and loud concerts at the in let. It was a nice place to end the day. It is first quiet and easy to get to. Then, to find a large lot with easy free parking and well maintained grounds even late in the beach season. Upon entering, we found traditional sports bar decor. Found our way to some tables next to one of the two pool tables, ordered an assortment of drinks (beer by can, bottle and tap, mixed drinks, shots, and even some frozen drink for the ladies). Played some music on the jukebox, played some pool, and watched a game on the TVs. In short, it was a good time with good drinks and entertainment and great staff.“

“My sister and my 2 nieces were visiting from Ohio. I wanted them to experience The Original Green Turtle in OC. Our server was great and so was the food. Lots of tvs with the Sunday afternoon Football games playing. Atmosphere felt fun and OC spirit filled. Plenty of families and friend groups gathered there that day. I would definitely eat here again.

Parking: Looked like they had a charity box for the holidays, toys inside of it. I love when company's try to help communities around them. Also, they have plenty of other dishes this app didn't list. I lived the burger I had, the twisted pretzels as appetizers were delicious. Our server was very attentive, fast and friendly.

Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere, one side includes bar, but also has separate seating areas away from the bar area.“

“We were referred here by a bartender at a different place back in early 2023. He told us it was the best pizza in OCMD, and we were not disappointed. Very friendly bartender. We continue to patronize this establishment not only for the food but also for the staff. They are some of the best staff in OCMD.

“When going to Rehoboth beach, you need to go to Grotto's pizza. Sam was our waitress, and she was excellent and attentive to our needs that we went back a second night and asked for her again. She was super sweet and willing to help whatever the request!!
The pizza was awesome, the caprese salad was amazing with that balsamic glaze, and the loaded fries with gooey cheese and bacon came to the table still smoking hot!! A must see when on the beach!!“

“Awesome food good prices.

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating with 2 people in our party of 5 who have multiple dietary resources and staff was very helpful and made sure their meals had no cross contamination. Many restrictions 2 main ones for both are cheese and beef and pork. 5 night vacation and 2 nights we had dinner here for not only the very good food but the waitress who went above and beyond with our special requests! See y'all during 2025 Bike week!!“
