Visited the drive-thru three weeks ago. I was overcharged, not given what I ordered, and charged for items that I was not given. Called the phone number on the main Burger King website for this location and the phone number doesn’t work. Called 1-800 customer service phone number six times over the three weeks with no response from Burger King. This location is a joke. After I saw all these other terrible reviews I’m surprised that they’re still in business
Well, it’s been a long while since I’ve visited a Burger King and now, I’m done. I do not understand who was in charge of positioning the menu scam way after the speaker, but I recently ordered an Impossible burger and was told the cost was over $11, for a veggie burger! It would’ve been more acceptable if the happy meal I ordered was actually free like the commercial says, but after listening closer, you have to order from the app...yikes, I’ll never be returning...read full review
