I love small towns and their hospitality. This McDonald's location reflected the warmth and friendliness of America's true culture. Maureen, in particular, was helpful and most pleasant; she exuded an infectiously positive energy worthy of emulation by her peers. Promote her now and let her train others to be just like her.

This store was struggling today. It was very busy when we arrived. We ate linside,but it took forever for our food to come and our order to be completed. They were simply overwhelmed today. Seemed one person was doing a lot of the work. I was surprised to find the trash bins inside overflowing and the floor sticky in front of it. I don't know the whole story of course, but it seems management failed today.

The manager at this location, Chris has been phenomenal! I appreciate all of his help, patience and kindness when asked to speak with him today. Hands down the best McDonalds in our area!
