As Georgetown Delaware. has a large legal and illegal immigrant population, the locals know good Mexican food.\n\nThe menu is basic, Texas Mexican with some Mexican. Chimichangas are great. \n\nThis is really one of the best restaurants in Georgetown and worth the drive up from Rehoboth is you crave Tex Mex. \n\nService is attentive and excellent. Limited deserts but all yummy. Typical Mexican soft drinks.\n\nAs to some of the comments in the other reviews. This is a store front restaurant across the street from the Courthouse. It is not fancy and when we were there , no one spoke English. Get over it. Great food for its weight class.“

“One thing about me is I’m going to tear theses tacos up, they got the double tortilla hecha a mano (double corn tortilla) always warm and flavorful.. but the prices a little questionable. I got 4 tacos, 1 horchata for $17.50. Then I got birra tacos w a soda for $18.50. This time around I only came for tacos and only got charged $8. Something ain’t right, there is no pricing on the menu or anything. But I love the tacos so much ima over look it ngl, I will ask next time about pricing, be careful yall!“

“this visit was my first time eating here. I was in town for work and chose Taqueria La Mexicana out of multiple nearby restaurants. I'm glad that I chose this restaurant. I was greeted at the door upon arrival. Then, I received continuous great service through my entire time there. the food tastes great and has a great portion size. I was pleased with my visit and will certainly return once I'm in town again.“

“Celajes Tacana Restaurant in Georgetown is a gem. Mexican food is authentic, fresh, and has an incredible flavor. Each dish has that homemade touch that transports you to Mexico. The place is very small so look for takeout. We will definitely return to enjoy more of their delicacies.“
