I came here with a few friends and we were incredibly disappointed with the poor service and reprehensible attitude from Kyla the bartender. She was so nasty to us that we walked out and didn’t order anything. The sad thing is, I used to really like this place and would come here with my DuPont colleagues. Now I’m warning them all to stay away.

My wife and I sat at the bar for 15 minutes before either of two bartenders even acknowledged us. Gave us one dirty menu. Finally took our drink order at 24 minutes. Two glasses of cab, never came. At 35 minutes we chose to walk out. Not even crowded. What a mess of an establishment.

I adore the Copper Dram. It's cozy. The staff is fab, the food is great, and they have a nice list of fancy cocktails - also delish.
The entrance is a tad tricky the first time. Just keep walking around the corner from the starbucks.
