“I’ve been going to Karma for months now and realized I’ve never taken the time to post a review. First, some wonderful people work here. Second I’ve yet to eat or drink something here I would not recommend, but, I have some favorites for sure- Dharma, OM, power yogurt bowl, always Iced coffee with oat milk. Highly recommend stopping and giving Katie and her crew a try.”

“Clicked rice under additions and paid extra because I thought they would add a scoop of rice to the beans that was supposed to come with my order. Instead I just got rice and no beans.

Most places rice and beans is a standard side for orders. That options would be a suggested option for the menu.”

“Oh their burgers is the best ones ever. They also have a vegan/gluten free menu that is very helpful with the friends I bring over. My favorites are the the Kitchen Burger and the Salmon dish with the cornbread and rice. Service is always good, sprouts environment, clean and organized, most of the times they will ask what seats you prefer :).

In rush ours it’s good to reserve when you’re going in as a group of 5 and up (but they usually have open seats, haven’t really waited the times I’ve been there)”

“First time ordering from here tonight and we WILL BE BACK… like a lot. We live in pike creek and will make the drive. We got the red beans and rice, gumbo and tomato soup and we need to try the rest of the menu! My husband and I just got back from New Orleans and my husband was sad because he loved the food so I googled and found this place! The gumbo was literally better than we had down there 😍 SO GOOD. And everyone working when I picked up (one was the owners daughter) were so passionate about how they make everything from scratch and kept giving me samples of everything and telling me their story. It’s a WONDERFUL locally owned place that should be protected at all costs. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Had a wonderful Dunch at Snuff Mill today. Fabulous food, ambiance, and service! Shout out to Dorrie. I was able to get in at 3:30 but starting to fill up as I was leaving around 5pm on a Tuesday!... Definitely make a reservation for dinner! Some outdoor seating with heaters but also saw lap blankets.”

“Ole Tapas has come to our event for two years in a row and they are definitely a favorite. The food is always prepared to perfection and the staff is always so kind and professional. I personally always recommend the street tacos. We are so grateful for the hard workers over at Ole Tapas.”

“I came to Metro Diner this morning off the humbug. I was starving & was craving some chicken & waffles from somewhere close in the area. Surprisingly the chicken was very seasoned and crispy. The waffles were also very tasty and soft. The strawberry butter mixed with their signature hot sauce was also pretty good. Alicia was my server. She was such a doll :) Her knowledge of the menu is impeccable and she took very good care of me. If you are in the Newark area and would like some tasty and quick diner food, go there & ask for Alicia <3 Thanks Alicia will be there again real soon !”

“TY for accommodating our party of 18 on a Saturday… Your fried calamari was so yummy, the flight of soup was a brilliant idea for someone who’s undecisive to be able to sample 3 different cups, my crab cake was so amazing - I’m drooling just thinking about the jumbo lumps of crab chunks!!! By the way hubby & I noticed the American Psycho decors right away as we’re huge fans of the book & movie. Last but def not least, the service was great even though there were 18 of us with some loud kiddos.”

“This was my third time at Ground Provisions over the past 6 months and I'm a big fan! I've thoroughly enjoyed the multi-course menu with the wine pairing in the dining room and at the Chef Counter. Both areas were lovely but being able to see the food prep at the counter was fun for my son who loves cooking. I also sat at the bar with a friend ordering from the bar menu. As much as I loved the little store, I appreciate the extra space they put in for dining now. I hope it continues to do well. So happy there is a fine dining option locally for vegan fare.”

“I love New York Fried Chicken. The quality of food is excellent and you really get your money’s worth. I get a #6 and always leave full! The Gyros are also terrific with white sauce. Come visit the friendly staff from 10am-11pm. Omar is so friendly and helpful :)”

“The bartenders there serve people that are obviously visibly drunk and falling off their stools! When I brought it up to the bartender, she said I misread the situation and it was none of my business! So, I went to the manager and she repeated pretty much the same statement like it was scripted because it continuously happens! I wonder if the owners are aware of these actions because honestly the bartender and manager should be fired for those kind of attitudes as it's illegal to serve visibly impaired patrons at a bar! Sad! 🤔😔 I actually have to add, it's a shame that the staff isn't the best, because the concept is great, the events are fun and our group which usually numbers 10 to 15 people enjoy hanging out there for the events and the food which is reasonable and pretty good! 💝😎👍”

“I dined at the Pike Creek location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Im confident that if you dine there twice, you're a regular.

While the menu may appear to be limited, they all the homestyle favorites. There are vegetarian options. My favorite appetizer is on the menu, Fried Burssel Sprouts.

The portions are family style. Don't expect to finish what you order.

I have a bias here. They aren't far from my home. That's waht makes this a welcome addition to the restaurant scene in Pike Creek.”

The bronzino was perfectly pancakes, crisp and flaky inside, squid ink pasta with shrimp was sublime, tuna tartare melted in our mouths and the deserts were stellar! Loved the “diamond” cocktail with the sugar disc- service is always exemplary. We can't wait for our next meal here!!!!”

“Excellent pizza! Didn't want to judge too quickly so decided to wait until we ordered again. This time, it was just as good and the service was just as helpful and friendly. I am gluten free, (not celiac) so we gave theirs a shot along with the regular ones we ordered. All I can say is WOW! I have tried so many places in the area hoping to find a GF crust that resembles 'real' pizza, and Stone Mill has figured it out! I asked if it was cauliflower crust or a blend, and the person answering the phone happily gave us the ingredients of what it is made from, without sounding annoyed at the time it took to explain. The crust is great, not pre-made and thankfully not cauliflower. It's not paper thin and came out well done with that charred look and wood fire taste like original crust has. But most importantly, it was delicious. It's not a tiny little 10" crust, or a personal size - it's the same size as all the others. (I was so excited when I saw it I dove right in without taking a picture!) The whole experience, from the politeness when ordering on the phone, to the finished products were great. It's amazing how many places make it sound like they are doing you the favor when they take an order. Great pizza and great service. This is the only place we will order from going forward.”
