Oh dear. I wish I had waited longer after eating from here to read some of the reviews lmao. We ordered from here for delivery last night so had no interaction with the waitstaff which sounds like is the problem in many of the poor reviews of this place. The food came within a standard period of time. We ordered the queso to start and I love the option to customize it with optional add ins. I've never seen that before and I order queso frequently, you can trust my queso qualifications. You also have the choice between 2 sizes, one very small you practically need a microscope to see it and another that is 16 oz and can probably be swum in. The latter is $20 which seems a little bit extravagant for an appetizer, unless you are ordering for a crowd. Needless to say, I took the smaller option. Regarding the flavor, it was tasty, I just wish there was more of it. I took advantage of the add in options and selected jalapenos which were a really nice spicy contrast to the queso. For my main, I ordered the "trio vegetarianas" with a cheese enchilada, bean burrito, and chalupa. As a picky bitch I am LIVING for their customization options. I usually have to put up with onions and mushrooms in my mexican vegetarian dishes but they, on the ordering screen, give you the option of of omitting both of these things, among other things. I don't know if any of the things i ordered would have had either and if not, I can't say whether they would actually accommodate my requests but even the thought of adding something like that is awesome. I will also say I very much enjoyed this dish. I would have appreciated a side of rice or beans or something, neither of which were present. I have to add though that the food was luke warm AT BEST and I'm being generous. The cheese was completely solid. I can't completely blame this on the restaurant though, our delivery person had to drop something else off first but I'm thrilled to reflect on how long our food was just sitting around before it made its way to us. GF ordered spinach quesadillas. She says, "it could be better, it wasn't quite as crispy as I like". Wow! She must be in a good mood providing much more detail than her usual "it was good". I've been on a real sugar kick lately and tried to anticipate my desire for dessert by ordering the churros. They have a bunch of other dessert options if that doesn't tickle your fancy. The churros were pretty good, a little raw on the inside which now, after reading some of the reviews, is making me nervous. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Food was ok, cooked well, okay ingredients. There was an unusual seasoning in the meat I didn't enjoy, but that could be me. Service was a little slow, but that's ok. The restaurant is pretty new, so was clean and presentable. There are a ton of Mexican restaurants around here. May or may not be back.

You must ask for appetizers plates!Given a soda bottle to drink fromNo glass or straw. Food was COLD.I always thought fajitas were served sizzling hot. We were checked on once by waitress. Since this is fairly new location I thought mgmt would check on patrons ??? Never asked if we wanted dessert

I don't know why the rating are so low for this restaurant. We got the molcajete and it was really good, the server was very friendly and attentive. I got a frozen guava margarita, my son a pineapple agua fresca and my husband a cántaro. Honestly I was very very happy with the food. The music was great too! Very happy that we ignored the reviews and decided to try it out

Meade a reservation and it took over 30 minutes to be seated. It then took the waiter over 30 minutes to come to the table. No fork or knife was given had to ask. Food was bland and service was terrible. Won’t go back.

Very bad experience, waited 15 minutes for a server to take our drink order and we had to ask if anyone was going to help us and the waitress went to a table that sat down after us to take their drink order. Very rude in the whole process as well.
I looked forward to the experience. So, it's with great disappointment that I write this review. We had a prescheduled event of about 45 people. Service was extremely slow and unorganized. Chips and salsa, which was their staple appetizer for this restaurant arrived over 30 minutes late. Salsa was warm. Water and drinks were not served until after meals were served which was about an hour into service but every was not served Water. Had to constantly hunt the one waitress down to ask for things. The seafood soup which was to be a medley of 4 types of seafood only had 2. The soup was also watery. My main course was delivered so late, I had to take it to go. When I was finally able to eat it, it was very salty. Only one waitress was assigned to our group while 3 to 4 waitresses hung around the front desk off and on during our event doing nothing. Finally, our event was ending. Everyone is looking for the waitresses to close out checks. The waitresses closed out half the room and then disappears. No longer to be seen. After 15 to 20 minutes, I had to go to the desk to tell them that we are trying to close out but our waitresses disappeared. Apparently, she was out waiting tables. That explained everything. The lack of attention. The food being extremely late and unorganized service. The waitresses being flustered. There should have been no less than 2 waitresses assigned to our group and maybe a runner. After this experience, I would never recommend this establishment for events. It was not a good experience.

Good food. Was there for a party and you could Tell they're not used to hosting parties. Chips and salsa came out late and didn't even get water after asking multiple times. However, staff was polite and patient.

When this place first opened the food was amazing, did the good cook get fired or what? Gave this place multiple chances but my last 3 orders sucked so I'm gonna assume they just went downhill and I give up. Unseasoned food, extra small portions, items missing, watery queso, etc. Disappointing all around ??
