Hands down the best service! I called yesterday to place a large order over the phone, and Zachary was incredibly pleasant and customer-oriented. He took the entire order with no problem and even let me email it to him for convenience. When I went to pick everything up, I was walking back to my car when he came outside calling after me—he didn’t want me to leave without the drink I had forgotten! Once I got back to the office, I learned he had even called to clarify one of the items for an employee, just to make sure everything was perfect. I truly hope his manager sees this because his service was outstanding, which is rare these days. Starbucks is very lucky to have him.

I truly hate to see this store get such low marks. The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean ( do NOT believe these dirty comments- been going for 5 years and NEVER seen that and as a health care provider I do notice when there is an issue). There is no drive through - neither has their competitor around the corner with the over the top decor. This is a friendly place with animated conversation, as well as people working on laptops, and without the ‘pinky up nose in the air’ atmosphere so prevalent in many cafes/ coffee shops in that area. I choose this over many other Starbucks in the area based on helpfulness of the staff.

Had some really great service there, I stopped in because my entire family had fallen asleep in the car and I desperately needed caffeine in order to stay awake and the staff were fabulous - found a cup that I thought was amazing and they made my drink in it. Delicious white chocolate cold brew and I took the baristas suggestion of adding a blonde espresso shot to it. 10/10 would recommend. Clean and comfy atmosphere. Would have stayed if my entire family wasn't passed out in my running vehicle in the middle of the summer Lol.
The previous management and entire team were amazing - since the changeover it is just so poorly run, i've been a daily customer for 10+ years - the other day I waited over 10 minutes for a drink as the young lady making the drinks constantly chatted with people she knew. Today - no order ahead which is common place now - I went to the counter, no one even made eye contact. The one team members was more worried about making the "Closed at Noon" sign than waiting on people in line. I waited a few minutes more - could see the people in the store were frustrated with how long it was taking and I left with not one person even looking at the people in line. Store is not as clean as it ws before - no longer a place to do business!

Why is this location even operational when its closed more than 50% of the time. They always close by 1 pm daily it seems

DO NOT COME HERE!! Go to the nearest coffee shop instead!! Unpolite cashier and dirty store. All the staff ignored me for minutes... NO LINE! The store was almost empty. This is a very bad store!! AVOID!
