Weekends from end of April until about Labor Day, they sell some of the best BBQ chicken you can find anywhere as a fundraiser. I believe the hours are 8 am until they are sold out - usually 1 or 2 pm.
The fire department itself, like nearly all fire departments in Delaware, is a volunteer organization. Our fine people serve the community, protecting the town and outlying areas of Greenwood Delaware.
