Hardee's offers good food despite some minor issues. The staff, though short-staffed, works efficiently to prepare delicious meals. The interior is dated, and the soda machines sometimes run out of ice. The bathrooms have unusual features, such as loud music and odd urinal placement, and the women’s restroom needed some maintenance, with standing water behind the toilet and sinks that appeared stained and dirty. Despite these quirks, the restaurant maintains a clean environment and provides pleasant service. Some standout dishes, like the fresh and delicious burgers, make up for any shortcomings. However, the Fried chicken sandwich was disappointing, with dry bread and rubbery chicken, and was not up to the usual Hardee’s quality. The Monster burger, a favorite for many, has become smaller and more expensive, no longer truly a "Monster." The staff, especially a team member named Jayden, was very professional and welcoming, offering helpful menu explanations and deals. His friendly attitude made a positive impression, encouraging future visits.
