This is one of our favorite burger restaurants until the last three visits. My husband and I are usually in and out of here on burger night in 45 minutes or so regardless of how many others are in the restaurant. Last night it was 90 minutes. We had made a reservation and were seated quickly. Our waitress 'B' came to our table within 5-7 minutes. She filled our water glasses as our only drink and took our order. Redfire Grill is my "go-to" for a good steak, and they didn't disappoint. I had the new york strip cooked "medium" to perfection. My wife enjoyed her petite filet. Our server, Brittany, was a sweetheart. Very attentive. We were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary and this was the perfect place. I had hoped to get a small complimentary cake to celebrate and was pleasantly surprised. One of the managers, Erica, actually called me earlier in the day...

Four of us had dinner together at Red Fire on Friday night. Noise level was quite high, as expected. We had a reservation through Open Table and were seated in a reasonable amount of time, but not right away. Server was very nice and helpful. Food was delivered correctly and as ordered. Two of us ordered fish and chips and found the fish to be excellent but the chips (fries) a little too salty. Two had sandwiches. Red Fire burger was generous in size and cooked as ordered, really...
