Tacos Chabelita | Mexican is a spot for authentic Mexican food. The tacos are packed with flavor, the tortillas taste fresh, and the salsas have the perfect amount of kick. The barria tacos are juicy and flavorful, and the birria tacos are delicious. Other favorites include the combination fajita, a shrimp dish, the chimichanga, and street tacos. The tortas are hugely stuffed with incredible flavor on crazy good bread. The margaritas are so good. The food is normally great, always hot with a great serving size, and the service is great in a clean environment. However, one experience was not at all any good, with everything soggy, greasy, and full of gristle. The chips were extremely old, and a chicken quesadilla had no chicken in half of it. The manager could only say they would speak to higher ups. Overall, the restaurant offers delicious food and a great experience, though consistency can be an issue.
