We had blackened salmon and seafood Mac and both were very good. The carrot cheesecake to finish, was a real winner as well.
Underwhelming experience. Atmosphere (including the super cute menus) were both great. Restaurant was not busy at all for a Saturday but curiously had long gaps where we had no service (no water or drink replenishments). Food was just average. My burger was very oversalted and it said on the menu that it came w house made potato wedges but instead it came w tater tots. Felt a bit unsatisfied considering the price points.
Charming. Excellent service. Creative and delicious food. Fun cocktails and exceptional wine choice.
We went here last year to celebrate a birthday and loved it. This year it seemed like it had lost the magic. The entree selections were just okay, I had a hard time selecting something. Many of their tried and true entrees weren't offered. The beet appetizer was mediocre and not worth the price. The covering of the en croute Brie tasted like it was fried. Lovely ambiance, good service.
Very nice waitress and lovely setting. But I ordered soup/ delivered lukewarm so I sent back to heat up. I also ordered the fried oyster cedar salad and there was literally 1 oyster on top of a bunch of lettuce. I won't go back.
Love the food, the staff and the ambiance which is a combination of the French ballads and the Buttery elegant home it is within. May this always exist!!! A feast for the senses.
Always a great experience!!! Service Food & the whole restaurant....Megan knows how to put a place together like nobody else!
Menu was a bit sparse but perhaps as the beach season really gets going it will be better. Would appreciate salads, charcuterie, and lighter cocktails.
Best meal we've had at Bramble Brine. Beets carpaccio, seafood Mac n cheese and the pork chop. Peanut butter pie was also excellent.
Our family had a great dinner experience at Bramble & Brine. The food was excellent and our waiter Phillip was very attentive and entertaining, as well as helpful with food and drink recommendations.

Can’t say enough about this place. Everything from the biscuits to the Whipped White Cake were a hit. The French Press coffee was top shelf. I had the chicken cardon blue and my boy friend had the Scallops St Jacques. Highly recommend.

We had a very delicious meal at this warm, cozy place last night, which is in a beautiful historic home in downtown Lewes.
We were early for our reservation, so we went in the back to the Pink Pony bar area for a drink. Husband and I had very good wine, daughter had a limoncello lemon drop, which she loved. The bartenders were so friendly and fun!
For dinner, we were seated in the enclosed wrap around front porch area, with views of the town that was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our waiter, Filip, was outstanding. He helped us make good menu choices, according to our tastes, and provided excellent service throughout our meal.
We started with the charcuterie board, which we enjoyed sharing. Husband and I chose the Chicken Cordon Bleu. It was fabulous, with caramelized roasted carrots, crisp tender green beans, all on a bed of pomme purée. Daughter chose a delicious pumpkin ravioli, which was leaving the menu the next day. She greatly enjoyed it.
We will definitely be back to this restaurant.
Highly recommend.

The waiter was very nice. I like duck bust it was covered in tomatoes sauce and I could not taste the duck. This dish was extremely salty. Duck is a delicacy that should not be covered up. If they separated each of the parts so that it could be combined to taste it would have been a better dish. The escargo was perfect don’t change a thing.
