We had a wonderful dinner here with 5 of our friends and were seated on the porch at a lovely round table which made conversing effortless. My husband had the Parsnip soup which was full bodied and full of flavor, while I chose the Caesar salad with anchovies which is big favorite of mine. Moving on we chose the Lobster Gnocchi and the Mahi entree which was expertly prepared, I can’t comment more on that since my gnocchi arrived and I lost all sense of time. My Lobster Gnocchi was beyond delicious, my mouth is watering just talking about it! Tender melt in your mouth gnocchi with chunks of lobster in a white lobster sauce, I ate it all! My husband brought some of his Mahi home because his soup was so filling. Our companions ordered the Steak Frites, the Crab cake entree, the pork shank, the gnocchi and something else. Again, once my entree arrived, I lost all interest in anyone else’s meals. If you haven’t tried Bramble and Brine at the Buttery, you need to. They are also open for Brunch and lunch! I would rate them a 10⭐️Dietary restrictions: My husband has Celiac and cannot consume gluten in any form. The year and a half that we have been dining there has always been safe for him. Chef will come out and talk to him about what can be gluten free and the servers are amazing professionals, they keep notes on their patrons regarding allergies, etc. That’s why we usually go once a week. They are very good about accommodating most food allergies.

We had a wonderful meal here last night. For starters my husband had the Parsnip Soup which is creamy and delicious while I chose the Caesar Salad with Anchovies a favorite of mine. I decided to have the Steak Frites medium rare which was cooked to perfection and my husband had the Duck Breast artfully arranged and served over a bed of vegetables. All in all an excellent meal, with David taking pains to make sure our experience was nothing less than perfect!

After being greeted and seated by Jimmy, Jahra came over to open our wine and take our order for the apps. My husband inquired about the Parsnip soup and Jahra took special care to make sure it was gluten free. I chose the Caesar salad with the fried anchovies and it was delicious, as was my husband's soup which I just had to sample! My husband ordered the Duck Entree' which was not on the menu but sometimes available, and I ordered the Poulet Cordon Bleu . Both were amazing! Thank you for making every meal at Bramble and Brine at the Buttery a special occasion!

We had a wonderful dining experience this evening. After being greeted and seated by Jimmy, Jarah came to our table to open the wine she recommended, it was excellent! We then ordered the Duck onion soup which after having had here once or twice before, bowled us over. We always order it when it's on the menu. My husband ordered the duck entree and I chose Meg's Meatloaf Wellington which had a pastry heart on top of the pastry enrobing the most delicious meatloaf. The sauce was delicious without overpowering the dish and the roasted vegetables and puréed parsnips (?) were mouthwatering. My husband's duck was cooked to order and just right with a side of sauce that was smooth and delicious, I want to say there was mango in there, (but I'm not a professional) and some crispy baby potatoes and roasted vegetables. Compliments to Chef, and to our lovely server Jarah! Thanks for making our dinner out a special occasion!

What a lovely evening at Bramble and Brine. We were warmly welcomed by David and seated at our favorite table. After choosing our wine we decided on the Escargot for our appetizer, which never disappoints. We then ordered the Braised pork shank and the crab cake entrees which were amazing! The staff is very careful to avoid cross contamination as my husband has Celiac and they keep a file on him for when we visit, which is often! Thank you David, Jimmy, Louis, and all the great folks at Bramble and Brine for another wonderful dining experience!

The food was absolutely amazing!! We tried each other dishes and everything was delicious!! Riley our waitress was terrific!! She was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Kevin, the bartender is so friendly and makes the best drinks . Can't wait to go back .

My wife and I came for a special date night. Our server David, was kind and very attentive. Every little detail of our experience was pure perfection. We will be frequent visitors of this beautiful establishment! Bravo!

We went to Bramble and Brine tonight and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only was the food and atmosphere exquisite but what stood out to us the most was our server, David. He exuded grace and efficiency creating an unforgettable dining experience. We will not only be coming back for the food, but especially for David. (And of course Mr.buttons! ?) thank you David!

We chose Bramble & Brine at the Buttery for a special occasion dinner and loved it. We chose a beet and goat cheese salad, a Caesar salad, the Lobster Gnocchi and Meatloaf Wellington, and all were fantastic! The peanut butter pie at dessert was also outstanding. We will definitely dine again!

Our dining experience was wonderful. We both ordered the fish special and it was perfectly prepared and presented, including the accompaniments. The caesar salad and drinks were excellent. We dined on a Friday evening, on the earlier side, and the atmosphere was pleasant, not too crowded or noisy even though the porch area where we were seated was mostly full. The service was outstanding and when we finished our meal and informed our waiter we needed to leave promptly to attend a concert he efficiently brought out check. This was our first time dining at Bramble and Brine and we can hardly wait to go again.

Just like all of the other Megan Collective restaurants it was exceptional as expected. We've been multiple times and it's always great. There's really only one other restaurant that rivals B&B in Lewes and you can't go wrong choosing either one.

My wife and I enjoyed our Valentine's Day dinner so much! Extraordinarily good food, terrific service and a great ambiance. Megan the GM was gracious and appreciative of our business, what a fantastic time. We'll definitely be back again soon! ??????
