Never disappointed when staying at the Dogfish Inn. Although Lewes, Delaware is wonderful and fans of Dogfish Head beverages will be impressed by the nearby brewery and restaurants, the true magic of the visit is thanks to the staff. They never disappoint and make the experience memorable. Dogfish Inn is worth every penny and a great getaway!!

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Felt like staying with good friends. Shane and Tom were greatly guides for our inaugural E bike tour and we had so much fun hanging with them and learning more about the coastal DE vibrant beer scene. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Phenomenal service from start to finish. This was our second weekend trip to Historic Lewes and we couldn't be happier. The staff was so friendly, courteous and kind. We may spend every anniversary weekend at the Dogfish Inn.

My wife and I stayed at the Dogfish Inn for 2 nights while visiting Lewes. It was clearly a motel at one point (in fact, the Vesuvio Motel) but was converted to a hotel with a beer twist! Rooms were very clean/tidy and had minibar (beer) and snacks for cost. Bed was comfortable. A note requested to take the hand soap if we liked it. I really did like it and really did take it. Also, free growler in the room. The lobby was pretty cool with decent coffee in the morning. Staff was non-intrusive but available when needed and very cordial. All in all, a very good stay and with a location in Lewes downtown. Price was right. What more can you ask for!

The Dogfish Inn is always a great time. The rooms are super clean and quite spacious. The staff is so welcoming. They go out of their way to get to know you and make your stay amazing. We try to visit multiple times each year.

The staff were very personable and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was super comfy. Reasonably priced. The beach is within walking distance or biking distance(which is available to you free of charge). Will definitely vacation here again.

So many nice touches, they really are a customer-focused Inn. Free bikes to use, free coffee in the morning, a fire pit, beach chairs, and very friendly and helpful staff. It's also a great location. I will definitely be back.

We arrived on Sunday August 27 and stayed until Wednesday August 30th.Great stay. Clean rooms, very quiet, and close to everything. We ate in the DogFishHead Inn also and it was awesome. cannot wait to go back. Thank you

Great place to stay right in the heart of Lewes. Perfect Location for biking and checking out the town. Parking can be tight here so make sure you leave your car in the parking lot or let them know if someone takes your spot. Very interesting place with cool modern touches and plenty of Dogfish Head style. The only thing I wish they had was a free beer when you walk into your room or the lobby!
By far one of best places on beach. First Class Operation, from construction materials, and design, to management and staff. It starts from the top, Sam and Micah!(hope got latter name correct, been a while since i was on website). Spent many summers in Greek Islands, and room was very similar/ MOdern, clean. Lewes is quite unlike redneville, Myrtle Beach with nightly fireworks that made me cut vacation short , forfeiting rent, in order for my dog not to have heart attack from fireworks noise. Likewise, sold condo in OC , Md,- nightly fireworks on beach by Neaderthal mentality people.

We booked the Dogfish Inn on a whim based on my brother’s suggestion and we regret nothing about that choice! The staff we all super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They stay in communication via text and it’s super easy to get your room refreshed as needed. The room comes with a ton of great amenities for visits to the beach and several more things are available as needed. They made sure our 1 year old had a pack n play in the room when we checked in and the whole vibe was very kid friendly. The outdoor seating, fire pit, and free coffee in the morning were all great. The locations is perfect for walking around downtown Lewes or out to Lewes beach. They will even make the reservations for you if you want to visit one of the Dogfish Head restaurants — and you can bring the growler from your room (which you get to keep) to get it filled up! We’ll definitely visit again if we end up in the area.

We stay here every year and couldn't be happier. The location is great, rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is super friendly. I love walking to the office in the morning to grab a fresh cup of coffee! The beach is a 10 minute walk and they provide beach towels, chairs and even bicycles if you don't feel like walking or driving there. Another great perk is that they are dog friendly! Can't wait to go back!
