I got 3 pizzas for my kid’s work in Rehoboth Beach ! They work on Former President Joe Bidens beach in North Shores Rehoboth Beach. The service and experience was amazing and much appreciated ! The level of hospitality will definitely bring me back to their location ! Thank you Josh and Shane ! We loved the pizza !

Called before they were open just to ask what the deals were. The guy that answered gave an attitude for calling. I asked about the deals. He said 2 large pizzas with 2 toppings for 11.99. When I called back later he said it was for each one. I said that's not what you said earlier but okay. Asked to add 2 orders of bread twists. The price jumped up to 54 dollars. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. Both times I spoke to him he sounded like he was stoned or drunk. Also, they're larges went from 16 inches to 14. Smaller pizzas for larger prices.

Josh from this store deserves a raise! I got 2 large pizzas + sauce on the side + garlic twists with marinara sauce, I was missing topping on the pizza + all the sauces, I gave a low review on the mobile app, Josh called and proceeded to give a refund and apologized for what happened. Great customer service and follow up by the employees

Ordered 5 items for delivery but only received 4. Called twice and they said it would be 30 minutes. 3 hours later no cheesy bread. Ugh. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 pizzas, everything went thru and minutes later recieved the call from Dominos saying that they are closed and wont make my 2 pizzas. We tried to figure out why and what to do with the payment. But the guy said well, manager on duty is not there and it will be refunded next day, or we should come in in the morning to claim our refund. I want to make a note - MEMORIAL WEEKEND, everybody is exhausted in the industry i get it, but SERVICE was terrible, guy just hang up on me when i wanted to figure out and maybe do the claim number, but i guess because of my accent i wasnt qualified for the same service as everyone else. My point is, i got my pizzas from Papa Johns, and very upset with the service at dominos. Quality service and politeness is lacking. P.S. if they system doesnt work right, maybe its time to fix that. Very disappointing.

Google says that they are open until 12:00 midnight which is not true because I walked in at 11:00 and they said they are no longer open for business only delivery.
Doesn't make any sense, they should update their hours on Google to reflect when they are truly open to the public.
Today febuary 28 2025 i went to pick up my order i saw one of the workers talking on the phone and texting and at the same time making pizza. also the other worker when it was time to pay he handle the money and didn't bother to wash his hands and proceeded to make a pizza. What a discusting environment. The manager should take this seriously,these people can make people sick Please wash your hands, i dont care if you use the phone wash your hands!

I went to get pizza two days ago and the young white guy on day shift said they were out of paper plates. I went again the very next day and a young lady gave me paper plates. I go to get pizza again just one day later (it’s the $10.00 for unlimited toppings that has me going often) and the same white guy says it’s no paper plates. He was lying as the delivery driver told me it was plates in the building and he gave me some from his car. I will no longer go to this dominos again as I don’t trust the guy who lied to me about having paper plates. This happened on 2-18-25 through 2-20-25.

I have ordered from this store for years since they've opened. I refrained from leaving a review until now. This store constantly sucks and I've had to call them back over almost EVERY order because either the order wasn't right or because the food sucked and was overcooked. They have constantly a new store manager every few weeks and it seems no one ever checks for quality control before deliveries. I've had refunds and credits given for some orders, depending on who the store manager is, but I've had just as many problems with some of the store managers. We order from this store for convenience because they're so close to home but they have proved to be more of an inconvenience time and time again. I've called and complained numerous times, I've been in the store to complain numerous times... nothing changes regardless of who I speak with. I know with the amount of times I've been credited or reimbursed the store has to be losing money because there's no way I'm the only one. This has been going on for years and I think I'm finally done ordering here. Enough is enough
