Went at a not overly busy time. Five of us. Owner was our” server”… awful non existent service. Wouldn’t separate checks.. ok… silly but not the end of the world. No water offered… ok I guess… orders taken… portions were good food was good… but we never saw our server again… folks in the party wanted to order more coffee, some chocolate milk… no staff ever approached the table again … no “ how was everything “ “ can I get you something else “. NOTHING. Dropped the check on the table and that was it… really too bad because of the total lack of service would not return nor recommend

On our wedding anniversary, we visited Lewes and had brunch at this restaurant. Everything was so perfect at the beginning. The food was great and the customer service was wonderful. It was clean, organized and well maintained. It was lovely to eat with music playing in the background. Getting parking in this county is very difficult, I strongly suggest you look for parking farther away. To the staff, I strongly recommend that they protect their hair very well before serving food to avoid further incident of having hair in the food.

Eggcellent is most excellent! Might be the best shrimp omelette I ever had. Bold robust coffee. Fresh and tasty fruit. And the bread was top notch. I wish I lived closer as I would be here weekly. Great place to stop from the Ferry which is 10 minutes away. Enjoy this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.

Eggcellent has now become a must do on our annual summer vacation to the Lewis Rehoboth area. The food has been consistently great year in and year out.
This is a busy resort town and parking is tight as you would expect. What is fun to park a distance away and window shop on our way to the restaurant.
after many return visits, at this point, we have tried practically everything on the menu. And it is all indeed excellent. Portions are very, very generous. And that doesn’t count the add on toppings like fresh fruit, and whipped cream.
staff is always on the ball and very accommodating. The ambience is kind of eclectic farmhouse Café decor. But an important part of the ambience is that everyone eating there is in a good mood because they are on vacation. This is one of the few restaurants where you’re going to strike up a conversation with people at the next table and share ideas of what to do at the shore.
We definitely highly recommend this.

What a cute place to have breakfast in Lewes. We were able to get a seat quickly and the food came out fast. Huge portions! It was a little loud in both the main seating area and outside on the side patio but would definitely come back. Would highly recommend the fresh squeezed orange juice.

Our first time here and we were not disappointed. My husband had a delicious omelet. Coffee was good. I had the Southwest burrito grande. Absolutely wonderful!!! Great flavor, filling and good for you! French fries were hot and yummy. Our server was attentive and friendly. Wish we could eat here every Sunday. Thank you.
