I recently attended a wedding service and reception in the function room of Fish On. Due to a storm the wedding had to be moved in doors at the last minute. The manager and staff of Fish On went out of their way to assist and make sure the day was a huge success. The food served from hors d'oeuvres to starters, mains and deserts was beautifully presented, and most delicious. The service was attentive without be intrusive. I understand the cost was extremely reasonable for what was provided. I would like to specifically compliment the staff who worked the function room. They were friendly, knowledgable, helpful, attentive and kind. I highly recommend Fish On if you are in the Lewes area. The food is superb, the ambiance inviting, and the staff excellent.

This place absolutely rips. We went to Matt’s for happy hour and it was too busy so we came here. Fantastic happy hour. All of the oysters were great, love the complimentary bread (always appreciated, never expected) and BLEU CHEESE STUFFED OLIVES IN MY HAPPY HOUR MARTINI?! Let’s go. Servers Marsalis and Olivia are awesome. Great service, great recommendations! The restaurant I used to work for in Manhattan could take a page out of their book. Don’t sleep on it. Can’t wait to come back for dinner.

My mom recommended we try Fish On, and I’m so glad she did. The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and attentive service. The calm, relaxing setting makes it an excellent choice for a pleasant dining experience.

We were staying locally and Fish On was recommended to us. It's our anniversary so we wanted something special. The server, Tracy was very friendly and efficient. The Halibut and swordfish are both excellent dishes. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much that we came back again three days later to enjoy it again. This place is a keeper.

Fish On is a treasure hidden in a modern housing/business development off of the main highway between Lewis and Rehoboth. We discovered it by accident a couple years ago and now it is a regular stop whenever we are on vacation at the shore.
normally, I like to try something new every time I go to a restaurant until I have sample the entire menu. But their fish and chips is so excellent, I have to order it every time I’m there.
Service is always excellent and we are not neglected even when the place is really hopping. The managers always take time to come over and check on us.
I appreciate that they have a selection of beers brewed locally and that is one thing I try a different item every time we are there.
This year we had superb weather so we really enjoy the outdoor dining. if you are too hot, the staff will bring you a little fan. If you are too cold, they will bring you a little heater.
Since this is off the beaten track, you will have to trust Google maps to get you there. But it is well worth the side trip from busy US Route one. And and it is a good alternative to the busy and overpriced restaurants in the tourist towns.

We've been to this restaurant many times and enjoyed some great meals. Our latest visit we took a first timer, having raved about the crab dip in particular (the person is a crab lover). Sadly, all of us agreed that if this was our first time there we would not go back. The waitperson was terrific - a saving grace - but the food mediocre, the chef's special crab cakes and regular menu crab dip particularly disappointing. We sought the manager and gave friendly but honest feedback, and frankly she seemed disinterested. Leaving review here in hopes they get back on track as one of the better Lewes dining places.
