Pro Tip, try their sweet stewed tomatoes or Cole Slaw (mayo base) for your next side. You wont be disappointed.
For the business, I would personally request more seafood fish entrees as I was impressed with my previous meal and feel you have strong opportunity while still maintaining your sports bar options.

We have been going here for years and years so I hate to have to write this not so stellar food review. In particular the soft shell crab sandwich. Previously the sandwiches had a nice size soft shell crab on it with the claws sticking out the of the bun. But when advertised as a jumbo soft shell crab sandwich, it was anything but. In fact I wonder how they were even able to catch these tiny things legally. I didn't really even see any legs and claws but it was so tiny it was well within the edges of the bun. The taste was good as they did allowed it to drain properly and did not serve it full of grease, but come on, for $20 this thing was very tiny. I wish I took a picture . I hope somebody there reads this and makes a correction because I love their burgers and everything else there including the fried and raw oysters. Looking forward to an improvement next time or that will be my last soft shell sandwich. ?

I basically never leave reviews especially negative ones. I was a server for many years so I hate to give them an hard time. So, take this as a very honest review. First, atomsphere is pretty bad. Super crowded but worse than that incredibly loud. Like you can’t hear yourself talk. Second, service is ok. Very friendly young wait staff but they are so harried we didn’t get plates, we had to ask multiple times for silverware. Finally, given all that I would have been fine if the food was any good at all. Soft shell crabs expensive as hell- flat burnt discs of salty crab. Seafood Alfredo also expensive as hell- salty gummy yuck. Oysters— they are named for oysters. 3 out of 12 were literally inedible. Wings— meh. Burger— ok. Pomegranate margarita— delicious and huge. Really skip this place unless you’re going for drinks and a burger. Don’t touch the seafood.

Atmosphere was ok, service was just ok, but who in the world told JD Shuckers that cheddar grits should be sweet??? This was terrible! Totally terrible shrimp and grits. My husband had the fisherman’s platter and the shrimp were over fried and the fish was not fresh at all..in a town close to the beach? Total letdown. So disappointed.
