Pat's is really great! The staff there is always friendly and they've got delicious pizza, pasta, and subs. Prices are reasonable. A really solid spot!
I ordered via DoorDash and when I received, it was not the right entree. I called and the manager was the nicest and set up to have the correct item sent. Not only did they send the correct entree, but the whole order was resent and piping hot! Love Pat’s, but this experience shows their dedication to customer service!
Got the wrong order at Pat's tonight. I'd like to apologize to whomever got my cold turkey sub and also say thank you! The cheesesteak you ordered that I got on accident was amazing! Never would I have ketchup, mayo, banana peppers, lettuce and tomatoes on a cheesesteak - BEFORE...Now I know something else delicious to order at Pats.
