We had a ladies luncheon yesterday with 15 of us. Everyone said that their lunch was delicious. Our service was fantastic especially when it came time to pay. You know of course we got separate checks and sometimes that can be difficult. The restaurant was so charming we will definitely make another tip to Lewes.

Love the Rose and Crown in downtown historic Lewes De. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is very cozy! We dine there often and the menu never disappoints! Highly recommend this restaurant for your dining pleasure. The service is also excellent with very friendly servers!

We frequently go to the Rose and Crown after attending concerts in Lewes. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. The Atmosphere is warm and cozy. The food is consistently good. Tonight I had rockfish with risotto and lobster sauce. Absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Contemporary pub in the heart of Lewes. The place is lively and energetic with an active bar scene featuring multiple big screen TVs. The food is very gòod, but the service is inconsistent. We waited several minutes for the hostess to acknowledge us and once we were seated, it took forever for our drinks to arrive. That said, our server was very nice, hard working and apologetic. Our other courses arrived in a reasonable period of time. We started with the bacon wrapped scallops. The scallops were tender and tasty and blended well with the crispy, salty bacon. My wife had the burger which was delicious and cooked perfectly. I had the chicken picatta which also was tender, tasty and was an appropriately sized portion including 2 sides of rice and mixed vegetables. We shared the key lime pie for dessert. It was sweet, creamy and mouth watering and had a wonderful crunchy crust. Overall, a pretty good dining experience, but could be better with a little faster, consistent service.

Went there just for Cocktails on girls weekend but we ended up having the Mussels and Fish & Chips. Outstanding food and drinks! Also very friendly waitresses that were top notch no waiting for your meal! We met the owner Chris and her family they made us feel like one of the family, we had the best experience there . I highly recommend this British Pub!! We will be back !!

Reminds me of a pub in London. Such a nice atmosphere. The waitress Violet was absolutely lovely. Food was delicious. We had the burger, the quiche and the flatbread. Everyone left full and happy.

We came in to order a quick reuben and a crabcake sandwich to go on a Saturday afternoon. Took them down the street and enjoyed the food on a bench. It was hands down the best reuben we had in years. Also the best crab cake sandwich! We came back the next day, drove 30 min to get there and decided to dine in with the whole family. We were seated by Ashley who was an exemplary server with warmth and charm. We ordered fish and chips which was better than anywhere we have ordered it. My son bragged about his tenders and my daughter loved her burger with bacon on the side. My husband of course ordered the reuben again, but this time he asked for two Manhattan Cocktails to go along with our meals. Over all we loved our server and our food. Looking forward to coming back!!
