We ordered brisket to go and were underwhelmed. The meat was completely dried out. The coleslaw was brown, the baked beans tasted old and warmed over many times. It was a Saturday lunchtime and when we went to pick up the order the restaurant was empty.

The ribs are great with or without sauce, and they add the sauce separately so you can ask for whatever level of sauce you prefer.
