Great experience! This is a drive-thru location, but also has a window if you want to park and walk up. The staff is delightful! They helped me find just the right decaf drink for my evening stop, filled my water bottle after a long day of travel, then I stopped the next morning for breakfast on my way out of town. Both experiences were lovely! The store is clean and modern. The staff is top-notch at this location!

This starbucks is scheduled to be open at four thirty. I got there today, November 28th.I think, the saturDay after thanksgiving. I pulled up to the drive through.It said the store was closed.The recording said that. I called on the phone.The young lady answered and said we don't open till five o'clock. I said your website says 430.She said we're not responsible for the website and hung up on me. I managed a starbucks in baltimore for years. This service is disgraceful. Since when do you hang up on a customer. Especially when you're store hours are specifically advertised for opening at four thirty. I have been a regular customer of starbucks for thirty years or more. Outrageous customer service.

The worse! Entering the drive through is not conducive to this establishment. Service is extremely slow and employees are not friendly. Will never return! There was one car in front of me and I waited 18 mins to receive a lukewarm drink.
