We went in late February. Food was decent, no complaints. Very convenient to where we were staying. Other places were closed, so our choices were slim. The service is where they lost us. Off season and we weren't locals...so, service wasn't friendly. Next time we visit we would definately try other options. However, if you are checking in late next door, it's an option.

Always a consistently great spot that really owns the essence of the town more than any other spot in my opinion.

Great food! Seems weird to rave about potato salad, especially when I’m not a ‘potato salad’ guy, but this potato salad is great! As was the turkey burger with a maple aioli sauce and the brown sugar old fashioned. And another bonus, literally right next door to the Dogfish Inn!!

Super cute place. We both enjoyed our meals. Lobster roll loaded with claw meat on a perfect roll for just $23 - a steal around here.

Cool atmosphere, loads of great boating and fish decor, nice selection of draft beers, patio out front for nice days. Friendly waitstaff. We ordered the tuna appetizer. I think the tuna slices are a bit smaller than they used to be. One chip had two pieces, the others just one. Tasty but I thought the sauce was a bit overpowering for tuna. Served on a bed of seaweed salad. We shared a large Caesar salad. Chopped small pieces of romaine. I thought the Parmesan cheese and croutons were perhaps from a package? Good portion and the dressing isn't too creamy. It was Sunday, so we tried the wings. Buffalo, nice and crispy with a great hot sauce and excellent blue cheese dressing. The Gochujang sauce was much sweeter than I expected. This place is now part of the Big Fish Family so members can earn rewards points.

Food, services and ambiance are all excellent. Never disappointed. We're regulars at the bar to eat & drink.

This is a smaller restaurant but very popular so there is often a wait and a small bar area. The menu has something for everyone and lots of her gluten free options to include sushi rolls and crab cakes. This is one of those places in the area that is good yet could be just a bit better with some small updates. But all in all we have been enjoying coming here for a few years now.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options

We enjoyed our evening dinner out at Striper Bites. This was our first visit. The atmosphere was nice just much louder than we expected. We enjoyed our drinks and the service. Our meals were very good and filling. We look forward to returning and trying it again!
Another great time downtown Lewes for dinner with my wife. Striper Bites restaurant did not disappoint. Started with the calamari app. My wife had the North Easter with scallops and shrimp in a butter sauce and a crab cake. I went with the shrimp and grits with chorizo. Always a great meal.

A cool little place where the locals hang in the off-season. The service was friendly and quick. Not a super huge menu, but they offer many of the classics. The Seared Tuna app was good, as was the Crab Cake Sandwich. The prize of our meal was the Fish Tacos. Two overloaded soft tortillas, each with a huge piece of deep-fried cod, along with pickled onions, slaw and sauce. Parking can be an issue, as with most places in this area.
