“If you're ever anywhere near Dover, or for that matter, in Delaware and can drive, go to Little Creek Grille for lunch. I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Tuna salad sub was superb, best I've had in my entire life. Old Bay fries are so yummy they are addicting! Milkshakes are thick, creamy, and delicious. Ice cream floats are dreamy. My friend said their cheese steak was epic, and he's had many in Philly! Oh, and don't let me forget the crab cake sandwich, it's a heavenly experience. It's tucked away in this quiet little town but absolutely worth the drive if your not local. You can order ahead online and pick up as well. Pizza, subs, sandwiches, salads, and more. I'm very picky about restaurants, and will only leave reviews if they are truly awesome, so don't miss out!“

A plate of fries, shakes, cakes and pies.

So the lose a star because they don't have shakes. This is un-American. A Diner has shakes, it just is.

And yet, they don't.
So sad.

“I was looking for somewhere new (to me) for lunch over the weekend and stopped by after reading some reviews. I’m so glad I did! We did the 3 meat platter and loved it. The meats were all delicious (chicken, pork and brisket) and the sides were great as well. Meats were all juicy, none were dry and they supplied some sauces on the side to try as well. As for the sides, I’m picky about my mac and cheese but theirs was by far the best I’ve had other than my mom’s recipe. We will definitely be back!“

“Texas Roadhouse has always been one of my favorite restaurants…and my dining experience today cemented that even more. Matt was our server and he was EVERYTHING my family needed and more! We were waiting for 2 other guests to arrive and he was so patient! He was so great with my toddler! He was on the ball with everything we needed! Our food was cooked perfectly! My 1.5 year old got to meet Andy Armadillo and got small toys to play with! Thank you for accommodating my family so well…Definitely requesting Matt next time!!!“

“The crab cakes were VERY BAD. Aside from that; everything was delicious. Chris was our server and she gave awesome recommendations and switched out the crab cakes as soon as we voiced concern. We had the southwest chicken Mac & cheese, a warm pretzel and the buffalo cauliflower,(that last one per Chris’s recommendation), which were incredible. Also had the spicy margarita and the spiked Arnold Palmer. We sat on the back patio which overlooks a pond. It’s nice and tranquil. The inside seemed pretty festive and lots of people were seated at the bar“

“This is place is amazing. We go here a couple times every few months and every time we go its just amazing. Service is absolutely amazing, the hostess is always super kind and we always have a super cool waiter. The management is amazing also. The wait for the food is a little long but its typical for a restaurant. We waited and bit long for our fries one time and they served us dessert on the house for the wait, amazing. The restaurant itself is very cool, has a bar inside with plenty of tvs for sports. I definitely recommend this place for a place for dinner with family, friends or just night out on friday. Love the food, its always hot and absolutely delicious. Totally recommend this place.“

“Excellent meal and of course it's a little pricey but, it's an upscale place and it's not totally out of line. You get what you pay for and it was well worth it. I got a ribeye steak that's probably the best I've had in years. Everything was excellent...cocktails, appetizers, all top notch. Service was great as well, Elijah was our server. All to be expected from a top-notch place like this. We had a totally enjoyable experience!“

“Been a LONG time since I’d even give the Turtle a chance, things had gotten so bad there in 2018-2019. But so happy we did! The “triple play” option gave us a nice variety, while keeping everything reasonably priced. Our service was consistent without ever being over the top. Food was very good, and hot. It had not been left sitting under a heat lamp. Check out the “home run” option if those drinks are in your wheel house! Or you’re one who saves room for dessert! Will, for sure be putting this back on our list! Staff was clearly prepping for the dinner rush by cleaning and stocking needed items, but it never took away from service.“

“I had a great experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, our server was great and attentive, and our food was amazing! The only thing I didn't eat was my plate and fork! I had the constitutional and added strawberries to my pancakes. I substituted my sausage and bacon for turkey products as well. It was a great morning. “Used to go to Hall's regularly until they lost it. Recently tried Mike and Mels and were pleasantly surprised. Split pea soup is the real deal, chunks of ham and delicious flavor. So is the chicken noodle soup. Chunks of chicken, a hearty broth and great flavor. Liver and onions is done just right and tender. Have tried several burgers and they do a nice job on them. Good breakfast, but I am not a fan of their home fries. Reasonable prices and good service.“

“I have lived in Delaware for 78 years and never heard of this place. We went to Virginia restaurant on eastern shore for great seafood. They closed their doors during the pandemic. Our friends have been looking on line for local restaurants that serve seafood we like. Checked your restaurant out the first part of August. Food is delicious. Our compliments to the chef. “Loved this place. I was working in Maryland and needed to cross Delaware off my list of states to visit. I went to another local bar first and it was boring. The locals then recommended I come here. They food was good and the locals were all very welcoming. I was more than 1,000 miles from home in Missouri and the patrons here made me feel right at home. I hope the little beer shots idea I gave them stuck! They locals loved them“

“Nakalah (I think) was a wonderful server and did an excellent job taking care of us. The food was fantastic. However, while we were here (my 9 year old and i) there was a server who got mad at the bartenders boyfriend who was a paying customer at the bar. She kept threatening him to go on and step outside then her boyfriend is out side and will take care of him. She said it like 10 times and I was clear across the restaurant.
